Great experience. We got an appointment the day after we called regarding a leaking furnace, and Paul the technician was very thorough and knowledgeable. Walked us through everything and explained in great detail his recommendations. Fast work, too. In and out without trying to oversell us on their services. We will definitely call them/him out again.

These guys have been great! Debbie was helpful with the warranty company and we got quick results! Josh and Omar installed our new furnace and went above and beyond what we expected!! They were thoughtful of our home while they worked and did a really super job. We could not be more pleased!!

They came out to look at our A/C as it was not working a 2nd time this summer, the tech was fantastic and did a very thorough job (the 1st company that came out did nothing) He showed me pictures and explained everything that was going on, they have been very prompt with getting ahold of our warranty Co as we need to replace the unit. Debbie was wonderful on getting back to me and keeping me informed on things with our warranty Co and what to expect. I am very pleased with them.

I was looking at reviews and was saddened by a bad review from a past customer. I have used Brian and Sons on several occasions and have had nothing but the best customer service and quality of work. Among services received are water heater replacement and install, furnace install, air conditioner install, and duct cleaning. Each time we were met with professional and courteous employees. We have been very satisfied with the all of the new products in our home and would definitely recommend Brian and Sons to everybody.

Mike and Jesse installed a new furnace for me. They were very professional and helpful with all aspects of the installation and "how to" details of operating the new system. I will continue to use Brian And Sons for all my HVAC needs in the future.

Brian and Sons has been servicing my heating and a/c needs for several years. I can rely on their knowledge & honesty. Josh recently installed a new furnace. And also a filter grille assembly, which will make monthly filter changes a breeze! In both cases he explained the work clearly. And he cleaned up nicely after each job.

Our AC went out during a heat wave. Dealing with the HWA was a nightmare. The contractor they sent was pretty shady, only accepted cash or check, and made us feel really uncomfortable. Took the cash out from HWA and called Debbie at Brian and Son's. Best decision we could have made. They brought a portable ac unit over within an hour or 2 and had the new install scheduled and completed 2 days later. Outstanding, trustworthy service from start to finish. We went from freaking out and worried, to relieved and very happy after talking with Debbie. Cant recommend them enough, and we'll be using Brian and Son's for everything we can in the future.
