I've been using Brian & Son's since I first moved to Montgomery 14 years ago. I've neve been in a jam until today. My furnace wouldn't stay running, so I gave them a call. Inside of 10 minutes, Paul called me back and after explaining what the problem was, he told me to grab a couple tools and head to the furnace. Well, 17 minutes later, the furnace was running and it didn't cost me a dime. He could have come out and charged me for a service call, but he didn't. I've recommended them for years to all my clients (I'm a handyman), and I'm happy to say they've kept up their excellent customer service all these years.

Called for some rattling in my outside A/C unit. I put an online request in. She called me and had someone out within a few hours. Extremely nice, professional, explained everything in layman's terms. A/C seems to be working fine now. I really appreciate the response time.

The technician listened to my concerns, performed his cleaning procedures and checked the system operation.
I wish the technician would have paid closer attention to details though, after he left I saw my furnace service doors were put on upside down and in the wrong spots and I see the caps for the service valves are missing exposing the Schrader valves to dirt and debris. After reading this I hope someone comes back to replace those missing caps.

This time we had a water heater installed. Professional yet friendly service. We have been customers for about 20 years, having a furnace, a thermostat and an A/C unit installed and maintained. Debbie and company always comes through for us.

Last year I had an issue they came out and I had a temp fix and found out it was time to replace my units and they were so wonderful nice and helpful. I chose them as my company. Today they service clean and still very helpful clean and wonderful to talk and work with.

Our father's furnance went out during the last cold spell. Being 91 years old we needed it fixed. Brian and sons came to the rescue. After making an assessment of our situation our 50 plus year old low boy furnance needed replaced. They provided temporary heating until the new furance could be installed. They were fast and professional. I would highly recommend this company. A huge thank you for all your hard work.
