Brian and Sons Heating and Air Conditioning

We used this company initially to get our furnace working properly just before winter in 2017. They came out when they said they would, took care of it in an hour, and didn’t try to charge us any crazy fees. When our 15 year old system started going down , we contacted them for an estimate on the Air conditioner and furnace. Instead of trying to push us to do it right away, we were given a very fair estimate, and had everything explained fully. We decided to use Brian and sons over two other companies. They are always on time, and the one time they were going to be a little late, we were contacted way in advance of our appointment. The entire staff and all the technicians have been very efficient and pleasant to deal with. If you want to work with people you can trust, look no further.

I was delighted to find Brandon P willing to explain everything he was doing while removing the exceptionally huge mouse nest among the wires. He didn't mind me asking questions. Because don't have a long enough hose, I tried to use a bucket of water to clean the vents as much as possible & trim the bushes before he came.

As I have done business with Brian & Sons for approximately 7 years, I have found their technicians to be courteous, knowledgeable and professional at all times. Needed repairs and recommendations to my HVAC system have been well explained beforehand.. I have also used Brian & Sons to replace a water heater, garbage disposal and toilets. Debbie guided me in purchasing the correct heating unit for my home in terms of size even if it meant she’d make less profit on the more higher model I initially selected.
