In this day and age it is very difficult to find a business with such consistently excellent customer service. Debbie always goes above and beyond to schedule services (both urgent and non-urgent) in a timely manner and with a positive attitude. Every technician we have had has been prompt and professional. From installing our A/C and furnace, providing scheduled maintenace and installing a water heater, services have been quick and painless. They back their work and follow up when needed.After several horrible experiences with a local (allegedly well respected competitor), I have used them for the last 5 years or so and have never been disappointed.

We were in a bind this winter and are old furnace finally gave up. We had a home warranty so through their assistance Brian and Sons answered the call to help. From the start of doing business with them, Russ came out to access our situation to the final install of our new furnace and air conditioner by Mike, Colin and Noel went flawless. You can see the detail and pride they put into their work. The install was clean and just amazing. Debbie in the front office kept me off the tower during this whole process and coordinated the entire effort. I cant say enough about this company. They are worth the call. Tech was out and had the leak fixed within an hour or so of us speaking with them, great experience! (Aside from having a leak in the first place haha)

Paul, our technician, was extremely friendly, informative, and was up front about our options and the cost of everything. There were no surprises, and he even shared some great maintenance tips so that we could fix the airflow in our townhome. I will definitely be using this company again for future AC and heating needs.

The team at Brian and Sons took care of us when we needed our furnace repaired. A cold Sunday morning we woke up to no heat and a very chilly 60 degree house. I checked everything I could and called them around 12 o'clock. Quick response on the phone and Paul showed up at our door within the hour. Multiple issues with the furnace, but he explained it should be covered under warranty but since it was the weekend we needed to wait till Monday, and the parts needed to be ordered. He advised us of things we could do to help keep the house temp as consistent as possible as we waited on parts. Later that week once the parts arrived we were contacted to schedule the installation the following day. Paul returned and since he had already been here advised my wife that was working at the time he knew exactly where to go and let her get back to work. A short time later he had everything installed and fired the furnace back up. Great customer service from a great company.

This was one of the greatest companies to work with. Each and everyone is professional and helpful. From the office associates to the installers and inspectors. The inspector was a joy and had a great personality. Then came the installation crew of 3. The supervisor kept me informed of all procedures and continuous updates. These gentlemen were totally awesome and so professional and friendly. I dealt mostly with Debbie in for office but it was a total pleasure. She kept me up to date about everything. Needless to say, I am extremely happy with my association with this company. I would recommend them to everyone that needed their services. Thumbs up guys!!!

I am happy to support a locally owned and family owned business. Josh (the technician) was honest with me during a check up. Debbie immediately came the same day for a free estimate. I was very happy because I work many hours and that was one of my only days off. Brian and Sons was very reasonably priced for the HVAC system. All work was completed in one day. The crew did a great job with the install. Debbie also has many financing options which is awesome! Fingers crossed that the newly installed Bryant equipment lives up to its name!

This is a great company. I had excellent service when I had new furnace installed in December. I will continue to use this company for my regular maintenance and upkeep. Highly recommend! They came out this week to have existing A/C checked with the new furnace.
