A contractor I use recommended Brian and Sons to install a new furnace and a/c a few years back. They did a great job and I have them do my yearly service. The technician Paul was professional, personable and quickly repaired our air conditioner while educating me (a new home owner) along the way. The service man was on time and very polite, he listened to what i had to say about the problem and went to work. in a few min. he had the unit apart found the problem. he had a quoit for me and ordered the parts. he went to pick up the parts and was back in good time. He check my heat exchanger for any cracks which impressed me. many years ago i was an HV/AC tech.
Keep up the good work and i will be calling back for a summer PM + for my HV/AC unit.

Sergio showed up after hours, explained the problem to me and was very prompt to fix the issue. Very pleased with the service.
