Brian and Sons Heating and Air Conditioning

I recently got in touch with brian and sons for a new HVAC installation at my home I cannot express the satisfaction that this team has given me. They are very professional very responsive and very honest in their service. They truly care for their clients and provide them with best solution. I am their customer for life.

I wish I could give them 10 stars there service is to the point. A big shout out to Debbie and her team. You call them they are there. This company definitely knows the value of “Customer Service”.

We originally called Brian and Sons out when we had problems with our furnace this past winter so didn’t hesitate to call them when our air conditioner sounded odd. Both times they came out quickly and repaired professionally. Everything was explained and completed quickly. The service men were friendly yet professional.

I called on at 3:30 in the afternoon, with no air and frozen coil?. The crews had all signed out for the day. They called a service man to help me and the wonderful man (I would say his name, but not sure how to spell it, and don't want to insult him.) Who came out to check it out. It was not fixable. The next day, the owner, Brian was out with a portable unit which will help the house be liveable. They will will be here Tuesday to replace both AC and Furnace. The originals were installed in 1999, so I wasn't surprised.
The price is reasonable, the customer service from wonderful girl answering the phone to the service call, to Brian, who was my last contact has been superior. I'm sure it will continue with the installation.
I'm so glad I called them.

My wife and I just bought a house and the a/C was not working at all The team that was sent Mike Noel Nick are smart very nice and respectful. The lady I spoke with at the office Debbie is courteous and nice. All in all a professional company. I don't usually write reviews but we had such a great experience Brian and Son's deserves a great big THANK YOU.

Called them to service our AC. Timely, professional service at a downright reasonable price. When spit-balling about replacing out current system, Debbie (the owner) was lightning quick responding to our questions by email or phone. Absolutely no problems.

Called on a Sunday when a/c stopped to set up an appointment. They offered to come out Sunday. I accepted a Sunday appointment and they sent Mike 2 hours later. He diagnosed the problem and had the a/c working perfectly in half an hour. Great service and great work

Had a problem with heat not coming on. Called Brian & Sons and they came over in about a half hour. What great service. Have talked to Debbie a few times and really appreciate the time and attention she gives to me. I ask a lot of questions and she always has the answers for me in order to ease my concerns. Everyone that has come over has been polite and very knowledgeable about our furnace and situation. I am a senior and really appreciate all the help and information they offer me. Right now, I trust them and hope to always use Brian & Sons for all our furnace and air-conditioning problems.

Debbie was great and walked me through everything. Would use in the future again. Install staff was great too. No issues at all, definitely recommend if you need HVAC work.

Brian and Sons has been great to work with. We replaced both our furnace and AC with them several years ago now and every time they come out for service, I am very pleased with their work. It's also refreshing to see female technicians. Overall very happy with our experiences.
