Brian and Sons Heating and Air Conditioning

I've had the good fortune to reach out to Brian and Sons on a hot Labor Day 2017. My AC unit was replaced with a new one and being proactive, I also had a new furnace installed too. Little did I know that three years later I would find myself in a relationship with this company and not just a customer. It's one thing for a company just to make money and quite another to be made to feel that you matter. I call the owner Debbie. I highly recommend her products and services ! I am a satisfied customer that thinks others need to know! Great service and a greater appreciation that you chose her company (Brian and Sons) to do business with.

Our AC went out and the first place I called couldn't have someone out for a few days. I called Brian and Sons after seeing one of their vehicles in our neighbors driveway. They had someone available to come out the next day (good thing as we were set to host a graduation party the over the weekend with temps in the 90's). Debbie was terrific over the phone and was upfront about what the potential problems could be and what the costs could be. We're glad that we ended up using a local business and felt that we got the attention and service we needed. Thank you!

Both my son and I have had terrible allergies for the last year, so after searching the net for reputable duct cleaning companies I decided to go with Brian and Sons, Inc. The customer service was excellent from appointment setup over the phone to the service technicians that conducted the work. Every single step was carefully explained and the price I was quoted was the price I paid. The technicians Jake & Josh were wonderful, they arrived 5 min early and made me feel comfortable throughout the entire process. They were respectful of my home and cleaned up after the job was complete. Since then, both my son and I have not had any allergy issues. I will be using Brian & Sons, Inc for all of my HVAC maintenance and Duct cleaning needs.

Brian and Sons did a fantastic job installing my new furnace and A/C. Debbie was courteous, and super friendly. Zach did a great job on the installation. He was very professional, and made sure his work matched his ethics. Would highly recommend!

This is our 2nd home we have had a new AC and furnace installed by Brian & Sons. Both times they were able to do estimate same day at time we were available and installed the very next morning. Both times the furnace we needed wasn’t in stock at their local supplier and the owner went out of her way to drive in towards the city at evening rush hour to pick up the correct unit for the job at another supplier. The 3 guys on the job were efficient, clean, and respectful. A+ service

We have appreciated Brian and Sons and their courteous, professional service through the past several years. They installed our present furnace and air conditioner, and come out twice a year to clean and service them. Paul was just out yesterday and did a thorough cleaning and check. Thank you so much for all that you do so well!

Brian and Son were so efficient and simply fantastic in delivery. Debbie is really an awesome person and the way she takes care of her customers is truly exemplary.

My wife and I have been doing business with Brian and Sons for abut 7 years now. When we first moved into our house, Brain and Sons replaced an older furnace and AC unit, and we've had them do the maintenance on it ever since. We appreciate their "family touch" , that feeling you get when you're working with someone who is honest and wants to do right by the costumer. We feel they provide a solid product and service at a reasonable price. Highly recommend.

Mike and team went above and beyond to rectify an HVAC installation that went sideways from another company. They assessed the situation, made recommendations and installed a new HVAC system.
