The technician did a very good job. However, for the service that was performed, it seems very costly. All that was performed was cleaning off the pipe connecting to the furnace and cleaning the little hose connecting to the pressure switch and it was $249. No parts were replaced.

Very responsive for after normal business hours. Technician explained the issue and provided preventative solutions. Will use again.

Our A/C quit working last weekends. They responded back to my call in 30 min and showed up in less than 2 hours after my call. Explained their tech whats the issue. It took him 10 min to fix the problem and we got our A/C back working. Really nice people to deal with and the bill was lower then they quoted other phone.

We have been Brian & Sons customers for around six years or so. We have had many things repaired , replaced and just annually serviced through Brian & Sons. We had two furnaces and a hot water heater replaced by them and we have never had issues with any work they have ever done. The workers and owners have always been very professional, polite, and accommodating. The tricky area in my home had always been our dual zone upstairs. Brian & Sons had tried everything to repair it, coming out all hours of the night when the air stopped working on multiple occasions. We have had other companies try and figure out why it would work for awhile and then quit and no one could figure it out. Brian & Sons did all the homework, consulted with folks at the manufacturer of our system and finally offered a suggestion which has worked beautifully! Thank God!! Many other companies would have not gone to the lengths Brian & Sons has. They are always willing to ensure someone came to at least look at any problem we were having and also made sure to complete any repair as quickly as possible. We have also recommended them to others who have also been very happy. What is most important is to have a company who is honest, and care about their customers when things get difficult, and also try and do everything they can to complete the job as quickly and as professionally as possible. We are extremely satisfied with our relationship with Brian & Sons.
