Excellent customer service from the initial meeting with Paul to the day of install with Matt and Brandon. Very professional. Explained everything as they were working on the install. Had other companies quote the job and they tried to push systems that would not work with our duct work. Highly recommend!

I've used them at my old house and new house. They were willing to go out of the way to service my new house and got my ac up and running within 2 hours of when I called. Tim and Paul have both been great. It's always a pleasure working with "small" business as opposed to major companies. They don't push you into getting extra anything... just what you need or what you want. I would recommend them to anyone looking for an hvac company

We just had a new furnace and AC installed. Matt and Brandon were phenomenal. Very insightful, knowledgeable and professional. They worked hard and it was hot in the attic where the furnace was. I am using my daughters google because I left a previous review on mine and don’t think I can leave a second one for the same company. Every one I have ever dealt with are great. Paul, Cassie, Dan, Matt, Brandon and the girl in the office, I think her name is Jennifer. I tell every looking for a heating and air company to call Air Dynamics

This team is amazing! Dan was the first tech I worked with, who diagnosed my issues, and offered me a wide variety of options to both fix and replace my AC unit and Furnace. After settling on replacement of both units, Max and Matt (my installation team) were extremely professional, did an amazing job installing all units and even going above and beyond to make my house not only look better (he basically landscaped some of my back yard for me!), but more functional as well. I would highly recommend anyone I to this company, because they’re a very easy team to work with!

Mike and Brandon installed our new upstairs air conditioner and were very professional, informative, and respectful of our home in the process. They walked us through all of the work they performed, asked permission before parking in our driveway, and overall were very communicative throughout the installation. We would highly recommend and will use them again.

Great job as always. Tim was polite and professional. He did advise our a/c unit is near the end of its life cycle. Almost 20 years old so I am not surprised. He did share options and what would be the best value and what to watch for when the unit does fail.

Max, Matt, Brandon, Paul and Jen were all wonderful to work with. They were thorough and professional with both the removal of the old systems and installation of the new ones, especially given the fact they were located in the attic. I would most definitely recommend Air Dynamics to anyone!
