Air Dynamics Heating and Cooling

We had Ryan out first to do a duct cleaning and he was right on time and did a very thorough job. Then Dan came out a few weeks later to fix something our builder skimped out on. Very knowledgeable and explained our issue well. Was able to come back the same day to do the 4 hour repair. Both guys were extremely polite and upstanding gentlemen. Highly recommend this company!

Dan came to our house to service our furnace which was acting up. Dan had been to my business before but this was his first time to our house. Everything went smoothly. Dan is professional, timely and knowledgeable. Pleasure to work with him again. Cassie in the office is great! Communication is awesome. Love to work with a company like this!

We have used Air Dynamics for a few years and never have a complaint. We decided to put a humidifier on the furnance, when I called to make the appointment a new person answered and did very well. I like to be patient with new employees since we all have been the new person at some point in our lives and she was very friendly and professional. She quoted me and made the appointment. Dan has been to our home several times and I just adore him. We were actually quoted more than the cost so that was a nice suprise. Dan arrived on time, completed the job professionally and we are very happy to not be shocking ourselves anymore. Dan first came to our house a few years ago with his cousin and was training and now he is doing the jobs on his own. It is nice to see him grow with the company. We will be sticking with Air Dynamics as long as we own our home.

Dan was very informative diagnostically and gave us several options for fixing and or replacing our 19 1/2 year old furnace. He did not try to sell us anything over the top.. Dan just presented the facts about the situation. It was a cold weekend and Air Dynamics took our call and arrived within 2 hours. We decided to go with a new furnace because if the age of our furnace which was installed within 3 days of the service call. In the meantime, Dan fixed the old furnace to keep us warm until the install done by Ryan who was also informative and efficient. All was a clean operation from start to finish!

Ryan and Tony replaced our air conditioning unit. They were quick, clean and very professional. They laid down tarps through the house to protect the carpet and floors, and cleaned up everything. Dan, the original tech that came out to look in the beginning of our problem, was also really great! He went over all our options and made sure we understood what our choices were. I would recommend this company highly to anyone that needs ac/heat/duct cleaning.

Communication and customer service was outstanding! My voicemail was returned promptly, a technician arrived within a couple of hours, the trouble with my furnace with clearly explained and the problem was fixed before the end of the day. The technician was friendly, respectful, highly skilled and professional. I highly recommend Air Dynamics and I will definitely use their services in the future.

Dan came out to do normal maintenance/cleaning on my furnace and A/C unit. He was very professional and courteous and called beforehand to confirm his ETA. I actually felt like he did more to inspect and clean than another company I used in my prior home. He took the time to answer all my questions without making me feel like he had to rush off to another appointment. It actually led to a whole home duct and vent cleaning plus they included dryer duct cleaning with the price (which was their most basic offer but was also some of the better pricing I've found for home duct cleaning). Dan scheduled it for the next day which was awesome!

Next day, Ryan and Adam came out to perform the cleaning. They called beforehand too for ETA. Also very professional and courteous. I feel they did a good job with what they had and explained everything very well. It took 5 hours, they set up a large filter in the main area and let it run while they worked. They kept the house clean and didn't kick up a bunch of dust. Admittedly I wasn't impressed with the process though. It was basically just a large shop-vac (most likely with a HEPA filter though) with a long hose that was lugged from vent to vent. I'm skeptical it could reach from the 2nd floor down to the trunk in the basement to get the entire run. Also, there are no before and after pics or video inspection to give the owner the warm and fuzzy feelings that they made the right call on spending the money for this service. I'd recommend Air Dynamics invest in a snake inspection camera. Overall though I'm happy with what I paid for - maybe a more expensive service would have the entire system under a vacuum and pull contaminates out of the house rather than just a large vacuum, but I think this met my needs.

I'd say 5-star experience and employees. Very friendly, professional, courteous (to me and my property), and good prices.
