Air Dynamics Heating and Cooling

We contacted Air Dynamics to perform an annual maintenance of the heating system. Our service professional Dan was thorough and explained what he was doing and why. He was very friendly and courteous.

Air Dynamics is a wonderful company to work with. We realized our unit was having issues at 10:30pm, sent an email and at 7:30 the next morning we had an 11:00 appt scheduled. They even had someone in the area that came earlier since their previous appointment ran early. Dan was the BEST! He was super polite, explained everything as he was evaluating the issue and again as it was needing repair and being worked on. Super thorough and knowledgeable and would highly recommend.

We have used Air Dynamics for AC and Heater since we purchased our house. They have been wonderful, honest, and always reasonable priced.

Dan was very friendly and professional. They were able to schedule me same day for an emergency call which I really appreciated.

My A/C went out Tuesday night (8/2). Called the morning of Wednesday (8/3). I was given a service window from 11-1pm.
After making the appointment the office called to give me updates on when Paul would arrive at my house. This was so helpful and really a surprise, when given a service window i am use to just waiting and guessing when a person would arrive. Paul was at my house around 12.

Paul quickly diagnosed what was wrong with my A/C, provided detailed options on how to move forward with the repair. After I made my decision he was able to complete the repair that afternoon in about 1 hour.
Will use this company again for yearly maintenance for not only my A/C but for my furnace as well.
Paul was great at explaining what he was going to look at , what the issue was and my options. I never felt that he was being pushy or trying to upcharge me on anything.

Air Dynamics was amazing. We moved into our new house on a Friday, called a few companies to come look at our furnace. The first company told us we needed to replace it and gave a very high quote.

We called air dynamics to get a quote, and see what the possibility of getting a furnace asap. It was cold in the house and we have a newborn in the house, so we felt it an emergency to get the house heated. Since we already knew we needed it replaced, they did not charge us for the inspections. Dan came and looked at ours, confirmed we needed it replaced and gave us a quote nearly half the price of the other company (same brand furnace too). Dan was super professional, polite, friendly and helpful.

The next day, on a Saturday, two gentlemen came in and replaced our furnace and did a duct cleaning. The two gentlemen that came out were incredible. Polite, professional and clean!! They worked around us as we were moving in that day.

Will 100% have them back for service and be first choice for any work. Would recommend to anyone. They even sent delicious fresh baked cookies after :).

All the technicians that came out to diagnose our AC issues and install a new AC unit for us were professional, kind, and took their time to explain everything. We couldn't be there in person when they diagnosed the issue but both Cassie and the technician called us and explained everything. When they installed the new unit they did a great job keeping everything in the house clean and cleaning up everything where they were doing work outside. Highly recommend Air Dynamics.

Dan was very kind patient and informative. He had the patience of a saint and I can’t recommend him enough. My partner was sick throughout his visit and I profusely apologized but he didn’t seem bothered at all whatsoever. 10/10 service.

Great experience with Dan. He is first class, diagnosed the problem with my AC unit went over options and explained in detail everything. Went above and beyond.Dan was able to fix my problem that day! I will use Air Dynamics for all my HVAC need and will highly recommend them because of Dan.

David and Ryan were great with my full a/c and furnace install!! Got everything done in one day which was nice and we’re very professional. They went over the systems with me in detail and answered all questions that I had! I am very happy with the service they provided!
