This team showed at my residence at our scheduled time, and right away assured me my pup, was no problem. So, two positives right away.
I felt the crew was diligent in providing the services they were booked for.
I had a part in my furnace replaced, and recommendation made for future service concerns
My puppy felt confident enough with the crew working, to go lay down and mind her business
The job was completed quickly and well. Happy with this service.

Ryan and Ben. Showed up on time. Very polite and explained everything they were going to do. Discussed the flow of work. Worked thoroughly on each vent. Were careful with moving a machine in our home. Wore masks upon our request. Gave a final check list and explanation of work done. Only reason instead of 10, I am giving 9 is that the price set by Air Dynamics is still higher than going rate in the area. But as for Dan the supervisor who set up the job, and Ryan and Ben, they get 10 stars from us.

Tim was very polite and knowledgeable, and gave me a detailed run down of the status of my systems.

Matt was great! Professional, prompt and very personable. Matt took his time to review the process and answer any questions! Great experience! Great price!

My furnace was set at 71 but only 63 in the house. It kept running for a few minutes, turning off then back on. I called Franzen and talked to Tony. He walked me through decoding the blinking lights and helped fix it over the phone. I couldn’t imagine better service. Thank you so much Franzen. I will be warm and toasty tonight.

We've called them out twice. Once at beginning of summer for air maintenance and then in October for the furnace/air replacement. Great company to work with. Very professional. They did a great job. It took longer than expected, due to a draining issue. All was remedied ,staying until the job was complete instead of returning another day to finish. I would highly recommend. Thanks so much for all your hard work!!

This company was incredibly professional over the phone and in person. Dan, Brian and Ryan were the on-site reps and they were not only efficient and knowledgable, but also very friendly and able to answer all of our questions easily and thoroughly. We felt our home was in very good hands working with all of them. I highly recommend this company and will use them again in the future. They gave us a lot of really helpful information and again, super professional and easy to talk to. Cassie in the office was also so helpful, friendly and patient in explaining all aspects of what they had to offer. Highly recommend.

From the moment I requested an online appointment, to the end of the visit, Cassie was very prompt in communicating and promised to have someone out today. My service technician was Dan.M, I was his last call of the day, and he showed up with a smile and was so professional and personable. He diagnosed the issue fairly quickly, explained my options and completed the repair thoroughly. While talking to him, I asked him how he got started doing heating and air conditioning, and he told me how Paul(owner) trained him and put him through school to learn the trade. He spoke very highly of his company and boss, and I just find that such a good trait to have employees that appreciate what they have learned and have. What a great representation of Air Dynamics. Would recommend Air Dynamics highly due to my experiences as well as others that have used them. Honest, reliable and professional!

The all around experience was great. I received early notifications and reminders via email and phone of my appointment. Our service technician, Dan, was very polite and respectful of our home, walking on clean floors (he asked first), and all COVID-19 issues including social distancing and wearing a mask at all times.

He looked professional, acted professional and seemed very knowledgeable. He was not pushy but informative about the service maintenance deal that they offer. He left us with info about regular maintenance that we believe will be an overall savings.

I like that they are local and not too big. I think Air Dynamics Heating & Cooling are going to be our 'go to HVAC' service company.
