Air Dynamics Heating and Cooling

I‘ve used Air Dynamics for a number of years. Always impressed by the service and the reliability. They have a way of explaining issues with my HVAC system in a way that is not condescending and I understand. Always give me a range of options for any required repairs.

Paul was friendly, professional and very clear about what our AC unit needed, and not at all pushy. There were several options at different price points that I could pick from. From a “bandaid” fix, to “the works.” He made certain that I was sure about what I wanted to have done. He explained each option very well. I went with this company because it was recommended in a local moms group on Facebook. I am happy with the service, and will also recommend them in the future. (I also appreciate the fact that he let me know and apologized for accidentally smashing one of my plants. I’ve had people in the past damage plants and not say a word. My review would not have been so good if this had happened.) Thank you, Paul! And don’t worry, it looks like the plant will recover.

Matt was on time and very professional performing the first annual maintenance on our new HVAC system. Everyone at Air Dynamics has been great to deal with. We would highly recommend this company.

This was our first time needing our AC repaired and they were extremely friendly and quick to get someone out. They were also able to fix it the same day. Dan was extremely professional, pleasant and patient in explaining everything to me (especially with my newborn and toddler underfoot!). They gave us several options to repair not just replace.

I would highly recommend Air Dynamics Heating and Cooling. The team is professional, helpful, and incredibly nice. Our heater went out right before temperatures were about to drop and they got us scheduled within a few days.

We were briefed on the new system and had many follow up touch points to make sure everything was working properly.

The heating system itself is a huge improvement from the one we had with noticeable changes to consistency in temperature all throughout the house.

Dan was on time and very professional. He took the time to sit with me and explain what needed to be replaced in my furnace and explain what each part did. He walked me through my options and made sure I was understanding everything as we went along. He even offered to call me in a couple days after I'd looked everything over. Would recommend to anyone looking for a great HVAC company.

Update: Dan came back again today and completed the repairs we'd discussed. He was training Ben and both were again very professional and completed great work in a timely manner. Again very impressed and highly recommend.
