As new homeowners and our first winter in our home our heat went out. I wanted a local company and immediately started looking up reviews and Air Dynamics was highly rated. From the minute I called to schedule our service call there was nothing but great customer service. Paul gave us many options and we never felt pressured to make a decision. We talked it through and within 2 days our new furnace was installed. Ryan and David were great to work with! Respectful of our floors/stairs and explained everything thoroughly. We are now warm in our home and look forward to continuing this relationship we have created with their business.

David and his trainee did a great job today. They were very professional, kind around my dog, and thorough. I feel like our house has a weight lifted from it with the cleaning being done and I'm very grateful that they put in all the effort to do such a thorough job.

We have used Air Dynamics for our HVAC system maintenance and repair since we moved into our house 6 years ago. Last summer, we had 2 new AC units installed and an attic vent fan. Air Dynamics did all work professionally and with a high standard. We could not have been happier.

This past March our furnace finally got to the point where it would have been cost prohibitive to keep it limping along for another couple of years. The owner, Paul from Air Dynamics, went through our options with us and took the time to explain the differences in the systems we had to choose from. He took some measurements and also suggested some upgrades regarding putting the new unit on a pedestal to increase airflow and replacing the boot where the 1" filter goes with a 5" media filter. At no time did we feel like he was trying to pressure us with any kind of upselling. Paul provided the pros and cons of each option and let us make the decision that was right for us and our budget.

We decided to upgrade from our current 80% efficiency set-up to a 96% efficiency furnace with a 2-speed variable fan and the two options that Paul mentioned above. Our reasoning was that we wanted to get the most efficient set-up for the furance that would also allow it to last many years with less stress.

When the time came for the install, Max and Matt were our two technicians who disassembled the old unit, carted it out, and assembled the new unit -- along with fabicating the raised pedastel and the new air-return boot for the 5" media filter. They rerouted and upgraded the electrical lines and external switches, a short section of the gas line, and ran the new 3" PVC needed for the air input/output due to the high-efficiency furnace. All of these changes were made efficiently and left our furnace with a cleaner more organized look than we had before.

Our install was on a Friday, and Max and Matt worked later into the evening to make sure the job was completed and done to the high standards that we had come to experience with Air Dynamics. They went over the features with us and cleaned up their work area very nicely,. The unit has worked flawlessly. We received a follow-up from Air Dynamics a couple of days later to make sure everything was working and to see if we had any questions.

We have never been dissapointed by their work and professionalism. We use them for our seasonal maintenance as well and will continue to do so. We would also have absolutely no reservations about recommending them to anyone who needs HVAC service or installations. Good, trustworthy work and great customer service.

From start to finish, Air Dynamics provided high-quality, excellent service in replacing out our 27 year old air conditioner/furnace and replacing with new. Our installers were Ryan and Brian. They were prompt, detailed and stayed on task for the full project. There were a few extras that were required for our new furnace and Ryan and Brian tailored those few extras with no extra charge. We even had a few HOA hiccups and this team at Air Dynamics were ready to accommodate us-thanks to Paul-he quickly provided documentation our HOA requested during install! The team successfully completed the project same day and on time. Once everything was completed, our new system was reviewed with us. The billing process was handled by Cassie and she was very thoughtful and attentive. Jennifer handled general questions and quickly routed any questions in the inception of the project. A few days after project completion, Jennifer again followed up to inquire what our experience was like, if we had any issues (we didn’t) and was genuinely interested in how they could improve the customer experience. The professionalism, outstanding customer service, and price is what made us choose Air Dynamics and it will be the reason we stick with them on their home maintenance plan. Highly recommend Air Dynamics if you have any HVAC needs.

Ryan and Adam did a great job with the AC installation. They worked through the rain & finished ahead of schedule as well. They were very clean, kind and professional. Paul came for the initial repair a few days prior and was also professional. Only issue we had was not ALL products/price points were showed as an option when looking to purchase a new AC unit at first. We had to shop around a bit to find out there were cheaper options.
