Matt and Max were very courteous and professional (as was Dan, for the initial meeting). Explained what they were doing throughout the process. It definitely appears that they enjoy what they do and that leads to quality customer service. Keep up the good work, men!
Update (June ‘23): Tim L came to inspect and service our AC unit. Very professional, courteous and honest. Explained what he was doing and how he could make the (contractor grade) unit function more efficiently. Two thumbs up!

Air Dynamics is the best around. Awesome communication and patience when answering questions. They are clear in their explanations and always make sure you fully understand what is going on before leaving.

We had a broken a/c unit and Dan was out in a few hours after I set the appointment. He had it fixed and running great in about an hour. Fast, professional, and great work done at a fair price.

I had previously used Air Dynamics for an emergency furnace repair during cold weather and they were friendly, responsive, and able to repair my ancient furnace. Months later, when my entire system needed a full replacement, I had the time to research systems and get multiple quotes from multiple HVAC companies. I went with Air Dynamics based on my previous experience and the professionalism of Tim, the repair tech that came to my home (and walked me through price points for repairs and also for replacement). My installation went longer than any of us expected (13 hours!) but Matt and Brandon were kind, positive, and professional during a long installation. No one wants to drop bank to replace their HVAC, but if you have to, I recommend Air Dynamics and trust them in my home.

Dan is very friendly and knowledgeable and explained everything in detail. I was having problems with my air conditioner he fixed it but did recommend replacing in the near future, they also installed a new furnace for me last year and I was very happy and feel they are very honest as well!

Unfortunately for us we need a new AC unit, but Tim was absolutely wonderful and helpful in providing us with all the information we would need for a new unit. He showed us all the options on if we wanted to do a "band-aid fix", what that cost would be compared to just getting a new one. Really appreciated the transparency and honesty he had. Would definitely recommend Air dynamics.

We called them on an evening they were closed and they were still here the next day. Dan was very professional, kind and quick to find the issues. We were given multiple repair options and the repair was completed quickly. He was able to answer all of my questions about the current situation and future possibilities. I highly recommend.

We’ve been satisfied clients for many years. The office staff are consistently courteous and helpful. Dan is our regular technician, and we appreciate his respectful manner and pleasant personality. He always makes sure that our questions are answered. He was a great help this week, teaching me how to program our thermostat. Dan brought along a newer technician, Julian, who did a fine job of maintaining the furnace. I highly recommend this company.
