I have been a customer of Duncan Heating & Air Conditioning Co. for several years now and recently had to have my furnace replaced. I couldn’t be happier with the professional service that I received from them. We are all happy and highly recommend this company.

I received a quote for $1,700 to replace an inducer motor on my older unit. That price is outrageous. After contacting another company I got a quote for
$500, but I'll already ordered the part on Amazon prime for $250, so I ended up just installing it myself in 30 minutes.

Overall this place is a total rip off. They kept asking me to buy some type of yearly program for $149, and then over charged by a ton. I for one will never bother asking for a quote here again.

Needed service on this very cold Sunday. They sold me a $150 service contract with the promise that a tech would be out here within several hours. Two hours later they called to “apologize” that none of the techs is available and that the rep who sold me the service agreement and confirmed the tech’s availability “wouldn’t have know” the techs’ schedules. So why did she claim to? They just wasted two hours of my time that I could have used to find a company that can get out here before the temp drops anymore. So frustrating.
