Duncan is a family business that does quality air duct cleaning work at a reasonable price. The technicians were both friendly and respectful when they arrived time. They were professional and did an amazing job cleaning out the vents, which took around 3 hours. The amount of dog hair and dust removed was incredible to see. I would highly recommend this company to anyone.

Their sales person was well-trained, friendly and non pressuring. Work was done correctly and quickly for a fair price and good warranty.

I'm so glad I found out about them. I've been looking for an HVAC contractor for a while, and they were the only ones who were responsive to my questions and concerns. They helped me understand what was happening with my system, and they did great work installing new equipment. Their prices are reasonable too!

If not for all the positive reviews I would have said this business is a scam. I called today and spoke to a scheduler who said someone would come out between the hours of 4-7pm and would call me 30min before hand.

He got my debit card over the phone and pre-charged me $259.00 for todays visit.

7pm rolls around I haven’t heard from anyone so I decided to call them back.

They tell me “all of our technicians are busy can we reschedule to MONDAY?” (It’s currently Thursday by the way).

I confirmed with him that they have in fact charged my card for TODAYS appointment and I’m basically trapped using this business because:

1. I can’t afford to wait to get this money back in my account and pay a second more reliable company to come out to check out my AC

2. I can’t believe I hadn’t heard from a single person to let me know they were basically standing me up

3. I would have been calling other businesses to see if anyone else could assist me, but it’s now past 7pm and way too late in the day.

I paid $259.00 to have no one show up and no one call me.

They finally told me someone will be out tomorrow between 10-1 but something really rubs me the wrong way about being charged for *agreed* upon services (same day visit) to then have them renege on their end of the bargain while money is now out of my account.

Henry was great. He explained things in a way I could understand. I felt confident that I wasn’t being taken advantage of as far as cost of repair. He left my furnace in good working order, so I am great full for the quick and efficient repair. Now neither me nor my pipes will freeze tonight.
