It was a fantastic experience for me. This was exactly the service I was looking for.

Worst company I have ever dealt
with . "Technician" arrived two hours late . Was here all day, 1:20 pm - 6:30 pm and could not figure out why my AC was not working. When he arrived, at least the blower worked, but when he left he had broken that as well. I called the office 3x times and was told a supervisor would return my call but he never called back. Worst incompetent service ever.

Scheduled a service call. Was told I would receive a call 30 minutes before arrival. Did not receive a call and no one came. Called the next day and asked for someone to call and explain no show. Received no response.
Called again twice and was assured I would hear from someone. No response. Very disappointing.

Waited several hours and they didn’t show. Called 5 times and got the run around. Was waiting outside in a heated car for 3 hours for these people. Could not get a straight answer ever. Total scam and waste of time!!!

Wasted my time, called for service was told 9:30-12:30 window, no one showed. Called twice at 12:30 and 1:30, second time the guy hung up in my face.

Nice service and great work.

They wanted $125 to come out and give me an estimate and never came back.
