Called for a free in home estimate, Nick provided me with options to fix my issue. Was courteous, professional and very knowledgeable. Most importantly was honest and did not try to oversell me like the other companies. Highly recommended.

I booked an appointment and halfway through the time slot I called to check in. I was told there was no technician nearby and that they would need to reschedule for 2 days later. I said absolutely not. They assured me a manager would be in contact with me that night. After 45 min I called back and they said they were checking on technicians. Again, they were unable to service my a/c during my appointment time.

They then said they would connect me with a manager and put me on hold for 20 min then hung up. I called back and they said they can only pass information along and couldn't connect me with a manager over the phone. I have not received any call back from this company.

Had I not called they would just have not showed up just like many other commenters. They couldn't reschedule me in a timely manner and no one is willing to return a phone call. Very disappointed by this company.

We are very impressed with our service from Duncan Heating & Air Conditioning Company.Nick was very professional checked our system and ducting and installed air scrubber.We previously had them replace our ducting.I would definitely recommend them.

Don’t be fooled by high overall rating. Called for service appointment and no one showed or called. When I called to see what was up the female that answered the phone hung up. I called back immediately and a male answered and apologized for the service not occurring and said he’d get back with me...he didn’t. Check the reviews and you’ll see this same story a few times in the reviews. I lost a day wasted on the run around from these guys...and when you don’t have heat that’s not good.

Scheduled an appointment to fix my AC. The appointment window was between 11:00 am and 1:00 pm and they would call me a half hour before arriving. At 1:00 pm I called and asked what was going on because they had not called and no one had arrived. They played stupid and acted like I hadn't set the appointment and offered to put me on the emergency call list (for an increased fee). I wasted my time waiting for these clowns and they took no responsibility for the situation. If you live in Oak Park, just do yourself a favor and call House of Heat. They are locally owned and have been in business for almost 3/4 of a century. Lesson learned.

Did not come in scheduled window. After I contacted them, they gave another window. Then I advised them of possible storms, so they chose to reschedule. Seems they should have contacted me, instead of me having to chase them. Scheduled with another company.

Outstanding company, very dedicated in what they are doing! Their prices are reasonable, and you get the professionalism you pay for. They have always been there for us when we needed them, and they have good Christian Values! All and all a reliable service company!!

I have worked with Dan on both personal properties and flips. He knows his work extremely well and always shares freely what he sees, what he thinks the problem is and how he is getting to that conclusion. Their prices are really reasonable. I highly recommend.
