I have a central air unit that was installed in 1994. It had stopped working, so I called Air Conditioning Repair Man to schedule an appointment. The AC repairman showed up on time and looked over my unit. He said that it would take a while to fix, but he assured me that they would get it done by the end of the day. I was skeptical, but sure enough, they kept their promise! I'm extremely satisfied with the repairs done on my unit. The technician was

DO NOTuse these people, They were supposed to diagnose and fix the system if possible. They send out independent contrators with very litlle knowledge of Heating cooling( the guy also cleans gutters and washes windows). The person they sent wanted to do $1600 worth of service to my heating system and he could not tell me if would fix the problem. Meanwhile, I called a different comapany who came out, and within 5 minutes said, your secondary heat exchanger has expired, it is a known problem with this Carrier Furnace and it can be replaced for free, Or you can get new system with a sizeable rebate. He said anybody who has been in HVAC would know that Carrier and Bryant lost a class action suite and this is the settlement.

My regular HVAC guys couldn't make it out for 3 days - and at overtime to boot, to fix a <2-year old furnace failure that they had installed. Called Duncan who showed up the same day to diagnose and replace a warrantied part. Sam the Duncan technician was amicable and knowledgeable. Good experience.

Duncan Heating & Air Conditioning Co. is a great company to work with. They are very professional, timely and they take care of their customers. If you need heating or air conditioning services then I would highly recommend this company.

Let me start by saying how professional this company is from the estimates, the office staff, and the installers. Techs were professional, on time, super neat, and such a pleasure to deal with. They were extremely good as well but I forgot his name. I got several estimates and although the prices were all pretty similar I went with Duncan Heating & Air Conditioning Co because of the great reviews. I was very happy to work with them on my installation. I would definitely recommend this company or use them again.
