Technician Joseph was excellent. Was on time, very respectful and explained everything he did very clearly so I could understand. Made suggestions for future and I felt like he was very caring about his customers. I plan on this company to be the one I call for any maintenance or issues with the a/c.

Sentex Heating & Cooling contacted me quickly and sent a repairman out. He was able to get the furnace working temporarily and they brought over some space heaters. The motor died and they had us up and running again first thing Monday. Nox and his guys were great. And had them flush out tankless hot water system while they were here. Always thankful when you find a company of this quality and level of service.

The technician came out the same day I called, which was great. I had a few questions about my air conditioner before I scheduled, and the technician answered all of them by email within a few hours of me asking. I would definitely use them again!

Sentex Heating & Cooling were wonderful experience from start to finish. I felt very informed after the consultation, and not at all pressured. The install with Bob and Ken was great as well. They were friendly and professional, cleaned up after themselves, showed me how everything worked, and even put up with my overly friendly dog sneaking downstairs for some head pets.

I was quite happy with the entire experience. Joseph spent the necessary time educating me about our new propane furnace. He took his time and did the annual maintenance thoroughly. I'll give him a call once a year to look after our system.

Sentex Heating & Cooling installed my furnace three years ago. I am very happy with the installation and the furnace. I recently ran out of heating oil. After refilling the tank, the furnace would not produce heat. I called them and they came over to have a look. They did a great job of fixing my furnace and charged me a very reasonable fee. If you’re looking for old-fashioned service, look no further.

I called Sentex Heating & Cooling and scheduled an appointment. The technician was on time and very professional. I used another company to replace my condenser coils last year and realized I spent more than I should have. These guys came out and verified everything was working correctly. I appreciate their honesty and will call them again in the future, for any AC issues.
