Bob from Sentex Heating & Cooling just completed the most thorough inspection of a furnace I have ever witnessed. He found that we had gas pressure that was too high. This could have been very hazardous. Notified the gas company and they also concurred with that and adjusted, avoiding a possible disaster. Provided a complete report with photos covered everything. It was easy to schedule and they came on time. Sentex Heating & Cooling fixed our problem with our air-conditioner. We had another company come out prior to Sentex Heating & Cooling that insisted we needed two new parts which would have cost way too much and we really did not need. Sentex Heating & Cooling did not try to take advantage of us like this other company and saved us a ton of money and aggravation.

Tech never showed up after I was charged the premium service fee. I called to confirm the appointment the day off, and then they told the tech would not show up after waiting days with a broken ac. Incompetent and useless service.

Bob came out to my property to help me with a recent A.C service. We ended up replacing my old unit of 14 years for a brand new one. The entire process was smooth and easy. “If the filter in your furnace is dirty, it will restrict the airflow. Your unit has to work much harder to circulate warm air through your home. This puts unnecessary strain on your furnace and results in comfort issues”. This an advice given by Sentex Heating & Cooling Co’s technician who came to replace the filter in our furnace that was leaking. He worked diligently to fix it as quickly as possible.
