    My furnace went out while I was out of town in the middle of Chicago winter & Adrian was called to take a look. He was professional & communicated with my husband throughout the entire process. He was able to remedy the situation & our furnace is on. I know it can be hard to find a good heating & cooling company! We were very impressed with comfort temp & would recommend them.

    Scheduled a A/C Tune Up Service. Service techs were on-time, extremely professional, and communicated issues effectively. They even went the extra mile to do minor repairs on my furnace which they were not there to service.

    Heat went out during the night. I placed a service request in at 5:30 am. Crown called the same day at 7:15 am. They had a service team at my home by 10:00am. Problem corrected, furnace running by 10:45. Service and professionalism doesn't get any better. Thank you Crown

    I would give zero stars if I could. Company was contracted through AHS home warranty company to come out and service AC that was not cooling our home. We called to make appointment on Friday 8/27/21 and they stated they could send a technician out on Saturday 8/28/21. When technician came out he looked at the outdoor unit and took readings then looked at indoor unit to look at coils and noticed they were frozen. He then asked if the AC had been running and I informed him that it was because we were trying to keep the home a cool as possible due to heat and humidity outside. He then stated he would not be able to see what was wrong due to the coils being frozen. He made no attempt to remove the little bit of ice on the coils which was already melting. He then said to call AHS to schedule another request for them to return. I then stated that he basically wasted my time because he still gets paid for the service call. He then stated that since we knew something was wrong with the AC we should have turned it off at which point I became very upset and stated that I am not an HVAC technician and would not have known to turn it off and that we should have been instructed when we scheduled the service appointment to turn it off. I then requested to speak to a supervisor. He then left out and phoned his supervisor and when he returned he stated that his supervisor told him there was nothing that could be done. I told him that I wanted to speak to the supervisor myself and he stated that the supervisor was going to tell me the same thing. I replied of course because you've already told him what to say. He phoned the supervisor back and gave me the phone. I explained to the supervisor - Jose Jimenez- the situation and he stated that since we knew something was wrong with the AC we should have turned it off. I informed him that again I did not go to school to repair AC units and would not have known to do that and a good customer minded company would have phoned us ahead of the service request to pre-assess what our issue was and given us instructions to turn the unit off which they did not. The supervisor began yelling so I disconnected the call and instructed the technician to leave my home. When leaving the technician called me ignorant and I stated the I would be filing a complaint with AHS regarding the service and unprofessional customer service I received. It's worth noting that are paid by AHS everytime they are contracted out to service something regardless if they touch it or not.

    To be honest I had low expectations. Our furnace went out in the middle of the night and our home warranty company assigned us Comfort Temp. My assumption was wrong. They were AWESOME! They called us before business hours (the lady was so sweet!) and sent a technician who was knowledgeable and had the part we needed in his truck. Our furnace was fixed within 10 hours of us placing a call to our warranty company. Yay comfort temp!

    Disappointed with their service. This contractor was assigned by AHS. Contractor told me that he would replace something else that is at the point of going bad in my malfunctioning furnace. He asked me to tell AHS to call them back again so that he could do that. I did that and he came in for 5-10 minutes and did nothing. I guess he gets paid for every time he comes out. He said he would "ask" AHS to see if they approved the work order. I called AHS and he never left a note requesting any approval. Contractor also suggested that he could do it if I reached out to him and it would be $600.

    will overcharge for work thats not needed if the warranty companies dont pay enough you shouldn't use them

    BEWARE Beware Beware!!!!!!!My fiancee is so upset after our home warranty assign this contractor!!. they are not listening totally disrespectful!!!
