Our technician, Jeff Taraszka, was extraordinary. His work was A+, and he also spent a lot of time educating me on heat pumps. He could/should teach it to others like me. Great visit!

My Furnace was running nonstop and I needed a technician to performeroutine maintenance check. I called AWI who promised the technician would definitely be there that day but to please have patience since this was an artic blast and they were inundated with calls. They did check in several times to keep me updated with ETA. Their professionalism and customer service is top notch. The technician was very personable and a delight to talk to. He detailed all aspects of the furnace, how it operates and assured me everything looked fine. I do not remember his name but for the staff if you refer to your service calls on 12/23/22 at 8:00 p.m. you will know who I am talking about. I would recommend American Weathermakers Inc. to every person I can - A top notch company.

We have used (now) American Weather Makers for over 3 decades. We trust them and are always pleased with their work and their service technicians. Jeff T took extra time with us this afternoon to go over questions we had. He was kind and informative. We are loyal customers.

I purchased my home 3 years ago and have had American Weathermakers provide service to my HVAC system that entire time. The technicians that come on site are professional, detailed-oriented, and anytime there's something that needs to be fixed they provide me all the information I need to understand what's happening and make a decision. They ultimately leave the decision up to me (no sales pressure at all).

I would highly recommend their services.

My boiler ceased to work. After review the problems with the tech on Saturday we determined that the best course of action was a new system. Tuesday was the earliest they could get one here
The install team was promptly at my door at 8AM and got right down to work
They kept the area they were working in clean and neat and left it cleaner than they found it
I stopped by during the install and the techs were happy to explain what they were doing and the changes they were going to make.
They finished sooner than expected and walked me through the operations for the new boiler (not much I have to do, but at least I know all of the maintenance steps that will be taken annually)
All in all I’m very pleased with the work

After years of trying different companies for HVAC repairs it’s great to finally find a company that we can trust to do the work that needs to be done, without adding services we don’t need, at a reasonable price. Finally, a keeper.
