Honest and reliable. Main reason I keep using them is that I trust them. After bad experiences with other companies trying to upsell me with false claims that equipment needed replacement, I have come to trust AW to not mislead me.

Andrew was our savior today! Day before Christmas Eve and -10 degrees outside and our thermostat decided to fail resulting in our furnace stopping. Called several companies and one recommended American Weathermakers as one having lots of servicemen working. They sent Andrew out within a couple of hours and he was able to identify the problem and repair it and install our new thermostat in no time flat. Professional, personable and such a nice guy! We are so grateful for his expertise and for the quick service from American Weathermakers!

As a longtime client, I can honestly say that there’s a reason I’m a longtime client. As always, Marsha made booking an appointment fast and convenient, and Frank provided superior service. And there was even on-the-job training for newly hired Manuel. Great to see this fine company growing. I’m an AWM client forever!

Wonderful service from first call back to the end of the service call. Problem was very quickly diagnosed and repaired. The repairman was professional and fully explained everything.
He was also a very clean worker.

called last nite. I realized that it was 130 AM But my heat was out. I could tell that the technician really didnt want to come out. I asked him point blank and he said hed come in the morning.
I told him to forget it.

Their slogan of 24 hour response and, "We wont be comfortable til you are" probably is true most of the time. Just not last nite.

Regarding your offer, the question about the $60 credit was cocky sarcasm on my part. The job was done this morning, by someone else . Its highly unlikely that Id ever darken your doorstep again.

If your tech accepted employment with the understanding that he may be called into service at an ungodly hour, perhaps he needs to be reminded of your policy and slogan. And offered alternatives . Happy Easter Or Passover

We have been loyal Comfort Club members at American Weathermakers for years, and are very pleased with the thoroughness of their 6-month checkups of our heating and air conditioning equipment, as well as - for the first time - our water heaters. Provides true peace of mind.

Dominic was great. Installed new digital thermostat and didn't leave until we were all connected on our wifi and android phones.

Have been using them for 15 years or so for their yearly furnace and AC checkups. Only once did they have to make a minor repair. Consistent good service
