I have been using American Weathermakers for many years now. The company has always been responsive and has performed quality work for what I believe is a fair price. Jeff Taraszka has been my primary service person for the past several years performing the twice annual heating and A/C tune-ups. It is great to have continuity with the people you deal with. They get to know you and the systems that are necessary to support your needs. I would definitely recommend them.

Always on time and makes sure that I understand any issues, fixes everything so that I don’t worry.

The guys at American Weathers are a great group. Always on time, ready to answer questions, no hidden charges or unnecessary parts sold to you. They are always upfront about the work done. The recent crew members who did repairs and maintenance at my place this summer were friendly and polite as well which makes for better service.

I will start by saying this is the first time i have used this company. I cannot say enough good things about the tech, Jeff T, that they sent to the house. Very thorough. Jeff went above and beyond to diagnose the problem(s) with the boiler. I had concerns about the unit and the install. Jeff took the time to explain and address all the questions I had, in detail. I scheduled future maintenance with American Weathermakers and feel confident they will be able to effortlessly help me in the future.

Jeff did a through job servicing our annual heating maintenance. He explained everything so we understood the service done on our heating system.

I've been using American Weathermakers for the past few years to do routine cleaning/maintenance on my furnace. Every tech that has come to do work has been incredibly friendly and helpful, often explaining what is going on in detail. This morning, Jeff stopped by to take care of my furnace tune up, and he pointed out a few things that were wonky with my unit and thermostat, and recommended some cheap and easy fixes. He was super knowledgeable and walked me through everything he was doing. It's not often that I go out of my way to write a review or recommend being part of some kind of membership, but the comfort club membership has been super helpful in 1. saving me some money and 2. making sure I stay on schedule for my maintenance. 5 stars all around!

Original post: I have used American Weathermakers for preventative maintenance in my home for the past 3-4 Years. The service technicians more recently are very professional and very knowledgeable. Most recently, I’ve had worse experiences. In scheduling, I was told my window would be 8-12 (in writing). When I called toward the end of the window, the woman who answered my call was quite rude and interrupting me. She kept blaming another employee which i found unprofessional to a client. She was so rude and there was no attempt to make it right. She blamed another employee and me at one point for not scheduling sooner. They have lost a customer due to this woman’s lack of customer service.

The American Weathermaker tech , Jeff Taraszka was very professional and answered all my questions about servicing my furnace. While he was here, he also installed a new sump pump. He cleaned up the mess and did an outstanding job. I've used American Weathermakers for twenty years and highly recommend them!!
