American weathermakers technicians are always timely and courteous. Every visit I've had from them, they always take time to explain what they're doing and often teach me little aspects of HVAC functionality, repair and function. Their work is superlative and future oriented as they let me know what to be aware of going forward.

It was for my mom’s boiler Maintenance. Did a very good job. Very professional and nice and thorough. He showed our caregiver how to change the battery on the thermostat. Very polite and nice!

Arrived on time, very courteous, thoroughly cleaned condensers, electronically tested equipment to assure it was operating efficiently

Heating system was installed in July and the technicians answered many questions for me and they also worked with me on how I wanted the exhaust pipes run in the crawl space. The humidifier was not working and today Matt resolved the issue by adding a transformer. He stayed till I fully verified that the humidifier can be turned on and off using my Nest thermostat, when the furnace fan is on. Matt understood the issue with previous wiring quickly and came up with a working solution. He showed me how to control the humidifier setting right from my mobile.

They called to remind me of my warranty visit, who does that anymore? Jeff T was great, fixed all issues with honesty. As usual, great service.

During routine furnace cleaning they found a bad part that was expensive. Furnace 17 years old, so decided to replace. Tech was great...gave honest advice with no upselling. Installers were efficient, respectful & really nice

Long term customer and always get prompt and excellent service. Technician Jeff today did regular maintenance and found that the system needed fine tuning. He explained everything in detail and set it up.

Moved into a new house and the AC never got below 78 degrees. After consulting several different outfits, I decided I needed a new AC system. I got 3 quotes. The first was astronomically high, the second was fine but they wouldn't do the work in the summertime due to heat in the attic. The last quote from American Weathermakers was in the ballpark and they started the work within a week.

They couldn't be more pleasant to work with. It was hot in the attic, but they worked long hours, over 3 days, to get my AC up and running by the weekend. They also did extra work by cleaning up my attic and re-attaching a vent that never worked. They also fixed a fan that I was going to replace, saving me money. A supervisor stopped by after a few days to double check the work and to see if I had any questions or concerns.

I would definitely use them again. They weren't the cheapest, but the job they did was top notch and well worth it.
