My experience was just ok. After a month and 4 techs coming out Dominic finally saved the day and FINALLY got our ac working. 2 stars for overall experience- but 5 stars for Dominic and the other tech who fixed another problem. Wish I remembered his name- Glen maybe.

Jeff T. was super thorough and explained everything in detail. He gave maintenance tips and offered suggestions for getting the most out of the appliances we have. We have and will continue to use American Weathermakers!

My air conditioner went out at 1am. I called their 24 service number. They took my information and said a technician would get back to me within an hour. I never got a call back. I had to go with a different company. Their guarantee of “we’ll take care of you in 60 minutes or you get $60 off”service is false advertising. Will not call again.

AW is a company that we have entrusted our HVAC requirements to for the past several years for their outstanding quality service. I would commend them to any inquiry without hesitation. I most want to thank Jeff who has for the past several seasons attended to of HVAC requirements. Not only is he a professional quality tech but he is also in every meaning of the word a gentleman of the old school.

We have had excellent results with American Weathermakers over the last 16 years! Jeff and Matt are fantastic. Jeff is newer in the company and he is phenomenal at customer service, including explaining things comprehensively and making your system function to the fullest. Matt has been with the company for a longer time, and he can diagnose and fix anything. They're both topnotch.

Air conditioner failed to turn on, called American Weathermakers and they scheduled my appointment for the very next day. Thomas was the tech and did an amazing job. He was able to find some wires for the controller that had been damaged by an animal of some sort. Instead of suggesting a full unit replacement he was able to simply repair the damaged wires and the AC unit fired right up. This company saved me thousands of dollars! Highly suggest a raise for Thomas.

American Weathermakers are reliable, easy to schedule with, and honest. We've been using them for years, as part of their "Comfort Club" and trust them with the maintenance and upkeep of our furnace and AC in our old home! They are even nice to our cats :) Thomas did a great, quick job on our recent furnace maintenance visit. We appreciate them!
