Jeff came to our house today to check out our A/C and furnace as per our contract with American Weathermakers. He did a great job and was very thorough, including answering all out questions. He told us when to replace the filter and showed us how to do it correctly. We feel confident that if we encounter a problem, we will get great service.

American Weathermakers performed replacement of my AC system condenser and coil. Rob @ AW quick to respond, easy to talk to and provided a solid quote and price for the work. Install went smooth, AW install team completed install in just over 2hrs and left my furnace in better shape than they started. Excellent job AW, looking forward to future work.

Poor boiler(heating) service quality.

The tech replaced a broken water pump, but the heat not restored to all units. He gave different versions of stories about it. So I simply paid him anyway, but still have not got the receipt after 24 hours(called a couple of times).

Also the pump was installed in a weird position with the service panel behind a pipe. It will be hard to maintain in the future. The power line simply hang in front of the boiler font-access panel.

I’ve had nothing but positive experiences with American Weathermakers. They are professional, knowledgeable and most importantly honest. They show up on time, fix what needs to be fixed or if repairs aren’t needed they say so. It’s rare these days to have that experience which is why I continue to be a loyal customer year after year.

I had an exceptional experience once the problem had been diagnosed. Unfortunately they had to cancel the first appointment. I had no heat and they were not able to make on my scheduled day. From when they first arrived to my insulation the process was very smooth and quick. The technicians were professional friendly and very accommodating. I would definitely use them again.

Within an hour Corey called, set up our service appointment and arrived. Corey diagnosed, installed, repaired and tested before leaving. The next time I will likely have to replace my furnace and air conditioner and will call American Weathermakers!

Great tech. He was friendly, professional and communicative. I learned I had to replace my capacitor. They use quality made in America products. They installed the AMDrad Turbo 200 universal motor-run. They also explained that it has a 5yr warranty. Love American Weathermakers Inc. The price was as amazing, especially considering the cost of that particular capacitor.
