AA Service Co. restored my faith in service providers! From the quote from Jim Ford, to the final finished A/C unit replacement, this company was professional, knowledgeable, friendly and so hardworking. The crew of Jeff, Dennis and Rudy were amazing…installing in 90 degree heat and humidity, and then a downpour. And they had to maneuver the compressor to the rooftop of our condo complex through not one, but two roof access areas less than 29” wide. Highly recommend this company!

Been with their predecessor, Unique Indoor Comfort, for years. I have an ac, furnace and water heater maintenance contracts. I had maintenance service for two space Pak units by AA today. I can tell I’m going to be long-term client! They are great - competent, professional, reasonable, and nice guys. Loved Carl today. Love Alex who’s moved on to installations. Love Jay and Frank!!!!

Jordan was on time. Extremely polite, showed up on time, wore booties. He was here for annual maintenance to service the AC unit. We have been with AA service for 10 years now and are very happy with the quality of work. They keep our AC and heater working fine. Highly recommend them.

Service technician, Pierre Boutros, was extremely knowledgeable and proficient. He was on time and performed a thorough heating and humidifier winter check and maintenance. In fact, his work was more complete than most other technicians I have used in the past. I felt the charge was extremely reasonable and would highly recommend based on this experience.

We had Top Notch service from AA Service Co. We called for an assessment of our situation with a prompt response scheduled the next day. AJ quickly diagnosed and explained the issues thoroughly. He gave us multiple options and estimates for each within an hour. We had a full new A/C and Furnace installed 2 days later by Frank and Brandon, who were an exceptional team: prompt, gracious, and expert at their craft. Explained the systems in full, and provided thorough documentation. You can't ask for anything more from a company. Highly recommend!

I've been getting service from AA for several years and been very happy. They're helpful and follow up on problems, I've had them replace our furnace and A/C which I felt was very smooth. We have the semiannual contract for maintenance, which has been great. Carl came by for service today, very friendly and made sure to get everything done well which is always appreciated.

My system broke down and AA was able to send help quickly. John C spent alot of time to resolve the situation and was both knowledgeable and interested in providing excellent service. All service personnel are excellent and help you to feel confident in work that is done.

This company recently bought Unique Heating, which we have used for a very long time to maintain the boiler in our three-unit building. Their technicians, especially Frank, were great. However, since AA Services bought Unique, the central office service has declined markedly. Despite being a longstanding customer, we cannot get them to respond to our inquiries. I recommend staying away from AA Services and finding another small, family-run business like Unique used to be.

I have been with AA for a long time. Wouldn’t use any other company.

Jeff has been my fabulous service technician for years. Always request him cause everything is done properly and explained. I just love his professional attitude and great work ethic. He is simply THE BEST !
