Had AA out to do their annual check of my furnace and A/C for the summer months. Samuel Nonah was one of the best technicians that I have ever dealt with at this company. He was very detailed and knowledgeable and did a great job. He was also very friendly. I would definitely recommend.

I had an amazing technician who worked on a newer unit and an extremely old one. He was very skilled, and carefully explained what he did every step along the way. He offered informed, practical advice. Hewas also extremely friendly!

AA Service recently participated in some renovation work at our home via a contractor. Prior to this, I always used a competitor for our annual AC maintenance. So I decided to try using AA Service for this year's maintenance. I was blown away by the great service, knowledge, and professionalism that Yonghan Shin provided. Not only did he deep clean all 4 of our AC units, but he documented all aspects of the system so that future visits will be more expeditious. One unit wasn't working at all and he traced the line to discover that the landscaping crew had accidentally severed the line. He worked meticulously for about HOURS to bring our AC system into peak operating performance and noted that the service that we had been using for years was not doing a great job of cleaning which would make our units less efficient. I expected a huge invoice and was shocked to see what a value the pricing was!

Yonghan said he had been servicing Air Conditioners for over 10 years and spoke warmly about AA Service. He even noted that he was heading to a company social gathering later in the afternoon. The fact that he spoke so highly of his employer left me feeling like AA Service treats their employees very well and that when I call next year for my service appointment, I will get to work with the same nice young man.

Carl, Steve, David and all the other techs from Unique have given us top tier service since they installed our Unico A/C system 5 years ago. Love the quality of work they do and how customer oriented they are. Carl serviced our units today. He’s always friendly, skilled, knowledgeable and a genuinely good man.

Andy C our HVAC Tech was professional and very knowledgeable about the system. I have used AA for the past 8 years and bought a new furnace and AC from them last year.
