I highly recommend AA for any of your HVAC or Unico A/C needs. They went above and beyond to assist in correcting the horrible install of a Unico system from another contractor. Mark was responsive and very helpful in explaining the issues and guided me on how to correct them. To take it a step further, Mark even came out to my home to ensure the original contractor fixed the issues properly. I can't thank AA and Mark enough for the peace of mind and excellent service!

The circulating pump failed on my 70+ year old boiler system overnight. Tim and Edwardo from AA were there in the AM to provide an assessment and talk through options. Seeing the system was so old and in poor condition, they had an installation manager, Josh, come in later that afternoon to provide me with a quote for system replacement. While a difficult task given the age of the system, Tim and Edwardo were able to troubleshoot and install a new pump without having to replace the entire system. This provided heat to the unit and hopefully gives me a little more time to plan for the expense of replacing the original boiler.

Tim, Edwardo and Josh were all professional and courteous. Tim was always very upfront about the work needed and any costs involved. I sincerely appreciate their time and effort!

During a very cold snap, our boiler pump went out. I called AA at 7 am and spoke to Marilyn, who kindly set us up for an appointment later that day. The servicemen came in a timely manner, quickly diagnosed the issue, and made the necessary repairs. Our house is heating up again, and we are very grateful for their work, especially when they are swamped in such cold weather!

Installed my smart thermostat in about an hour. Great service and professional! Offered excellent maintenance advice. Will definitely use them again for future needs.
