In addition to servicing my air conditioning unit, my service provider Jeff Taraszka basically gave me a tutorial in heating and cooling that was in-depth and will help me a lot in the future. He answered all my questions and was very kind and responsive. I would highly recommend him for anyone who basically does not understand how heating and air conditioning work. He was very patient in allowing me to write down everything he had told me. He deserves a big bonus just for putting up with me! Very good guy!!
