Pat was a great service man. He service our heating system and made some replacements. He explained why 2 items needed to be replaced.

Didn’t know if my furnace was in need of repair or thermostat needed replacing. They checked both and it was a bad thermostat. I will use again and recommend to friends and family.

I have been dealing with Comfort First for several years and they are amazing! From the wonderful office staff to the technician who does the work, they have always been very professional and easy to work with, as well as very responsive. The first day that the temps went up above 80, our AC decided not to work. My husband called Comfort First at 8:30 PM and was told that a technician would be out the next morning. We had AC again within hours and were extremely pleased with the service. Mostly I appreciate their honesty and integrity. I will never use anyone else for my HVAC needs!

Since we moved to Minooka three years ago Comfort First has been our first and only call for service. From cleaning our vents, installing a new water heater, yearly maintenance, and today fixing our air conditioner. They are professional, courteous and informative, not to mention prompt.
