What a great company Comfort first Heating and air conditioning is. I had my yearly furnace check. Daniel was my service technician . He was very polite and professional, and very neat in his work. Just an all around excellent experience. Plus the people in the office are also very very pleasant. I highly recommend Comfort First.

This is the first time I have used Comfort First that was recommended by a friend of one of the Techs. It is so easy to get ripped off when you have no idea what is wrong with your air conditioning and trust me I didn't!

I called for an appointment late on Friday and the first availability was Saturday AM! Of course it was a HOT night and ceiling and oscillating fans were not much help.

My Tech Tony arrived and within 5 minutes had diagnosed my problem. My heart was dropping because I figured I was going to get a huge bill. Thankfully my charges were fair and he even took off an extra $50 for a coupon I forgot to present. I am looking over the documents I asked for to have regular maintenance and will decide which best fits my budget.

I can't recommend this company higher than I have with 5 stars. They are reputable and certainly didn't try to sell me something I didn't need. Thank you Comfort First I will be contacting you soon.

Mike & Jacob came to my rescue when my water heater started leaking everywhere,they replaced the water heater and had me up and running. Very professional with a sense of humor,they made my day that started out terribly end with a smile.Hope i don't need you but wouldn't hesitate to call you if i do.THANK YOU COMFORT FIRST..

This is the first time I used the services of Comfort First, but if needed again I will most definitely use them and recommend them to others with an A+ rating. My furnace went out, of course when it was 15 below, ended up calling another company who came out at 12:30 a.m. I was cold and exhausted. The technician told me he could not repair the problem and needed to relace the furnace which was going to cost me approximately $5K. I was desperate and tired, so I took his word for it. I mean, you call these services thinking you are putting your trust in them and that they would be honest…well not the case. Needless to say, I did not sleep because of the cold and the thought of having to come up with $5K. After thinking it over, something just didn’t feel right. So, that morning I ended up calling Comfort First at about 7:00 a.m. and much to my surprise someone answered I explained the situation, she put me on hold and transferred me to the owner. He sent Mike out within 10 minutes!! Come to find out the prior technician took my flame sensor, which I’m still confused why he did that, Mike replaced my flame sensor and did whatever he did, my furnace started and has since been working!! Comfort First saved me from spending unnecessary money on a furnace at this time that I didn’t need. So, if you are looking for an honest, professional and reliable company, call Comfort First!!

Have never had a bad experience with Comfort First. Travis was here this morning to complete the annual AC inspection--he was on time, friendly, knowledgeable. Comfort First does not try to sell unnecessary services. Love 'em!!!

We woke up Sunday to -7 degree temps and no heat. We called another company that sent a tech out who ran diagnostics but did not have the part he determined was needed for the repair and could not get it for at least 24 hours. We did not want to wait in the cold.

So we called Comfort First who worked with us by phone to ensure they had the part and then sent someone out right away. The Comfort First technician performed a more thorough diagnostic test with a better explanation of what was going on with our furnace and also fixed some things the other company missed completely. Comfort First had the part our furnace needed and quoted us a far better price, too. The repair was quick, and our heat was running again in no time. Awesome!

The technician was able to be here early in the morning which was great. Other than the price of the repair being higher than all of their local competitors, it was great. I didn’t realize how high the price was by comparison until after the fact.

I had to replace my furnace due to a brown out in the electrical supply system. Work with Comfort Heating and Air did a great job and solve my problem as quickly as possible. I would recommend them if you are in need of their services.

Brad was attentive, polite and very knowledgeable! Appreciated his help in answering my questions and explaining everything he was doing! Highly recommended!
