Mike and his partner showed up on time! He was a pleasure to work with, very professional, knowledgeable, and friendly! The office at Comfort First was also easy to work with and very friendly! Definitely recommend and will use them for all my heating and cooling needs!!

Only negative was tech didn't want to clean inside of ac unit until I stepped in and started clearing out debris myself.He said it was ok to pile up in there and I said NO it isn't while you have fan off top need to clean it out.He got the hint and then cleaned it out.Shouldnt have to tell him how to do his job also what if I wasn't watching him he would have left all that in there!

Travis was on time, polite and professional as usual. He does a great job explaining each step and never tries to sell you products or services you don’t need. I totally trust and recommend Comfort First Heating and Cooling!

Of all the Heating and air-conditioning suppliers we've hired to perform maintenance on our furnaces, no other business was near as thorough as Comfort First. They were on time, courteous, professional, and spent 30 to 40 minutes cleaning and inspecting each furnace.We will definitely continue to use them as our preferred supplier for furnace and air-conditioning care.

I bought two furnaces and AC unit and is very satisfied with how they were installed and their annual maintenance and advise and suggestion. They have very knowledgeable and professional techs and staff. I suggest had them install new humidifier and did great job and also relocated off my new furnace which was great suggestion. Totally appreciate their service.

Service was for yearly inspection on HVAC. service rep. Chris was very knowledgeable & customer friendly, a pleasure to talk to about our HVAC . Made recommendations without high pressure selling. I will continue to use Comfort First. Highly recommend.

The first time I contacted Comfort First heating was in October of 2021 my furnace was not working,they came out and fixed it really quick, and did a great job to get the beast working. They were kind courtesy and there professionalism is fantastic. I believe they made it out the same day,I knew my system was old and would need replacement.
Mike came out and we ran through the options,it took me awhile to decide and months later I decide to replace the Furnace and A/C system..
Contacting comfort First heating has been a pleasure, I call them someone answers, polite friendly professionals, answered my questions..No pressure no big sales pitch.
Fast forward Tim came out and sorry I forgot the other technicians name but you guys rock and knocked it out of the park.
A week later Pat shows up to do a QC on the install !!
You guys are the best really appreciate it..
