Comfort first installed our AC, furnace and hot water heater 6 years ago. They cleaned our air ducts several years ago and today a furnace check and cleaning. Highly recommend!!

Tony and his crew did an amazing on-time job. Really glad that I use comfort first. They came out on Christmas day to get our heat back on. We really appreciate it. Wonderful service.

Today, Comfort First, Heating and Cooling came out for furnace cleaning and a humidifier check.
Before arrival I received a text from the technician, Tony, with a photo and a little bio about him, which I though was great, Then a call that they would be arriving in about 10 minutes.
Tony brought along a trainee and honestly I thought, oh great, this isn't going be a good job.
He gave me a paper with info of different Maintenance plans, if I was interested, I said I would talk it over with my husband. There was no pressure for me to sign.

Next step down to the basement to clean the furnace. Tony worked hand-in-hand with the trainee, which made me feel more comfortable. Watching and listening during the the training was pretty interesting. I'm the type of person when I have any work done at my home, I watch everything thats getting done, ask questions, without being annoying.
Tony cleaned up the humidifier, drain hose and replaced the filter.
After cleaning up the furnace area went upstairs to the thermostats where Tony explained how I should be programming both thermostats during the changing of the seasons.
I'm very pleased with the honesty, friendliness, and professionalism towards me and watching the work ethic he is teaching the trainee.
I definitely would recommend Comfort First Heating and Cooling!

The technician Brad W. was on time, very pleasant and professional, and did great job on what he was hired to do: clean and service my furnace unit.
Would absolutely hire him/ C.F. again! Will be looking at replacing the system in about another year before I move, and they will definitely get that job when I'm ready to start the work.

Tony was prompt, kind, and polite. He did his job quickly and quietly. He explained the bill, and informed me of an additional product that I could purchase. He was not pushy or rude.

We used them for repairs and new installation of furnace and air conditioning. They are professional and honest. They do not try to over sell and back their equipment and repairs. Their people are all knowledgeable on the equipment and the business. Glad I used them.
