Every person we encountered with the company was punctual, communicative, friendly and very professional. Pat was our repair technician that came out and carefully laid out all of our options for us. Sean came out about a week later to further discuss our options and was extremely knowledgeable and honest. He was able to squeeze us in for AC installation within a couple of days. Brandon and Logan did the installation of the new AC and I cannot say enough good things about both of them. They walked us through the steps of the installation process, frequently asking if we had any questions, etc. I would highly recommend Comfort First Heating and Cooling to anyone in the area. This was my first time using Comfort First and it was a great experience. They explained everything so I understood what was happening and what needed done. Very friendly and professional. Will definitely use them again!

Brad came out on a Sunday shortly after I had called in. Very professional and helpful with this issues we have. Wasn’t able to fix the issue as the compressor fried. I was really hoping for a quick fix but not the case for our almost 20yr old system.

Supervisor is scheduled to come out the next day to go over details of replacement. As of now I would recommend as they seem very knowledgeable and respond quickly.

My a/c bit the dust on the 4th, I called at 5:10 pm on Wed., at 3:15 Sean came to the house to discuss a new unit which I bought. The installers arrived at 9:00 this morning and were done by 11:00. I had the thermostat set at 76 and when I came home at 4:45 my wife told me she was already freezing.

It is rare these days to find a company that is as responsive as Comfort First was, also I never felt pressured to buy the unit from them. I bought it because I was more than happy with the response Sean showed in coming to the house and explaining everything. I wasn't home when the installers were here but my wife told me how courteous and professional they were.

Needless to say I will be calling Comfort First if I have any issues in the future.

The technician was on time, very pleasant, and worked quickly and efficiently. He offered me a monthly payment plan to make twice a year cleaning and checkups even more affordable! Very pleased with the service i received.

Armando and Brandon came today to clean our ducts and were amazing. They were both very knowledgeable, kind, on time and also fixed a few ducts that were not properly connected. I highly recommend them and this company! I am a new home owner and did not know how to use my dehumidifier either and they showed me how to use that and when and gave me tips on how to help the AC and heat get upstairs better!

I loved my experience with Comfort First. I got a diagnostic test from another company telling us we needed a new furnace after spending only 5 minutes diagnosing. I wanted a second opinion and Comfort First came out the same day I called & repaired our furnace. He told us that it needed one part to replace and a thorough cleaning, rather than a brand new furnace. I’m so glad I got a second opinion. Tony, our tech, was so thorough and knowledgeable. I trusted his word over the other company and realized the other place just wanted our money, rather than a lifelong customer. I would recommend Comfort First any day 10/10.

These guys did a great job finding the issue with my AC unit. I recieved a text message prior to the techs arrival letting me know who he was. The tech was very informative as to what he found and explained in terms that I could understand. Unfortunately I need a new hvac system. I inquired about an estimate. The tech called his boss to set it up a time and day for that to take place.

I called the night before since I wasn't getting any heat. When I called I was set up for the next morning and we survived the night. I was called 15 minutes out from Pat with comfort first. He was great from start to finish. He was very professional and explained everything he saw and did. Asked questions about our vents being closed and if we used a water humidifier in our rooms. He was a pleasure and fixed a small issue. He wasn't a pushy sales tech and did his job with integrity. I would highly recommend Pat and Comfort First! Thanks Pat!

Brandon did a fantastic job installing our furnace and air conditioning. Went through everything they did and even asked me questions to make sure we were okay with what he was doing. Couldn’t be happier, great job.
