I have used Comfort First in the past and they have been amazing. I called today as we needed to have our furnace checked out. Travis came out that evening, not even 2 hours later! Super friendly staff and very honest. They don’t try to sell you things you don’t need and make sure you are well taken care of! Would recommend to any and all of my friends and family.

Saturday morning 9:00 a.m.. called. Had someone out here by 3:00.p.m Took him about a half hour to troubleshoot. Had my blower motor Monday afternoon! Great response time and repair time. Especially like the text with a pic and information of the tech that is going to show! Communication was excellent when the tech was in route! This will be my primary HVAC company from now on!

Comfort first answered our call at 2am when nobody else would. We just had a new furnace improperly installed by someone else while it was negative 10 out. The installer left us without any heat and frozen pipes. Comfort first was the only place that answered our late night call and even though they could not come out right away, they helped diagnose the issue over the phone - at 2am! They truly care about their customers & community and I would not hesitate to recommend them. Thank you!

Excellent service! So glad we found Comfort First! Great communication via text for scheduling our appointment, a picture and bioscript from Tony our technician, and a text upon his arrival. Tony was wonderful! He is very professional and knowledgeable. We appreciate his honest and thorough explanation of our issues and options for repairs. We will definitely be using Comfort First for all our future maintenance and repairs!

Daniel and Jake came for a furnace clean and check, duct cleaning and dryer vent cleaning. I’d like to give more stars than I was allowed, because I think they truly deserve it. They were on time, professional, knowledgeable and very thorough. I’m actually a renter and not the homeowner, so I couldn’t really comment on the cost. The homeowner took care of that, and I’m sure they got their money’s worth. These guys really had their work cut out for them with what was left in the ventilation from the former tenants. I really think they probably thought I was exaggerating when I told them why I thought it needed to be cleaned, but they quickly found out I wasn’t. I’m so thankful they didn’t rush through it like I’ve seen other companies do, just to make it to the next call. They did an amazing job, so I felt I needed to share that. I will definitely recommend them to others.

Always have a great experience with this company. They send a small employee profile before their technicians show up. They always call before showing up and are on time. Everyone is always very nice and helpful.

Furnace would not start. Called Comfort First and had the tech here within 2 hours. Travis took care of the problem and was informative. Very nice guy!

I had Tony from Comfort First come out today for my annual furnace cleaning. My thermostat was acting up and I assumed it needed to be replaced. Tony simply changed the batteries and it worked fine. He also discovered my furnace was overheating and tracked down the problem .There was nothing wrong with the furnace at all. Someone had closed 3 of the 4 dampers in the air ducts, so the furnace wasn't allowed to work properly. Tony opened the dampers and everything worked properly. He could have easily sold me a new thermostat and justified replacing an unnecessary part to correct the overheating of the furnace, but he didn't. He had 2 opportunities to "up charge" me, yet I paid the advertised cleaning fee and was greatful for his honesty. It was a great experience and restored my trust in people (at least Tony and Comfort First). Thank you!

Brad is a fantastic individual. Wow! It brings joy seeing some one loving his profession. He is very courteous, patient, and educative. He is the number-one reason I pick Comfort First for service. I highly recommend it.
