Salesman Mike was phenomenal. Took the time to explain all my options. He went above and beyond to help us make the best educated decision. Rick and Jacob came and installed a complete new system for heat and AC. Was on time, very clean and neat while they worked. Did an exceptional job and were very courteous while they were in our home. I priced out from over 10 different HVAC guys throughout Will and DuPage county. They had very comparable prices but the personal touch this company has goes above and beyond any other company I met with. They have a customer for life.

Would call them anytime, always here when they say they will be, very kind and professional, and the best part is I've called at least 5 other major big companies in my area and this company is the only ones who have the knowledge to service my specific furnace, literally all the other companies turned down the work due to lack of knowledge including TR Miller(good plumbers though!)

This place is a SCAM! They replaced a furnace that did not need to be replaced, and overcharged my grandmother who is not supposed to make decisions on her own. I came home to my 250$ thermostat missing , and replaced with a cheap one. It took me an hour on the phone to get them to agree to come look at it the next day. I told them I have Lyme disease , and I need my AC turned back on ASAP. They came here, and looked at for a solid ten minutes. I didn’t say a word, and then after they stopped the small talk with my grandmother I asked where my thermostat went. I recorded them because the day before they told me she spent 1300 on it, and then it turned out she actually paid over 4,000. All because she put magazines over the vents, and the furnace worked fine. They left the home after I asked where my thermostat was. I asked nicely , and they wouldn’t answer me! They just took off because they were trying to charge my grandmother again to “fix the air.” So I called a local heating & cooling company and he fixed it in less than 60 seconds!!!! That was Lyons cooling that fixed it. I will be taking the them to court for stealing my thermostat, and not placing any record of it on the receipts. They are thieves and scam artists. They also mocked me because of my disability, and they said “just open a window!”… I begged the owner on the phone to please fix it, and she said no , and that “we are blocking your number.” … she tried to gas light me and say “you need more help than from us” because I was angry! The guy from Lyons moved one wire, and it was fixed!!! 0 stars. Terrible , terrible people.
