We have used them several times. They are always prompt, courteous, and try to find you the best route to repair. Travis was wonderful! Our bulldog who did not love being without the A/C approved his work by promptly claiming a vent as soon as the repair was made.

I had to cancel due to new work circumstances. The receptionist was very attentive. My technician was prompt and I received a courtesy phone call minutes before he arrived. He offered to change my thermostat batteries and furnace filter. I use this company because they are professional, local and have excellent customer service. It was raining badly outside and I offered the technician to return once it became clear, but he insisted on getting the job done amidst the thunderstorm. He was soaking wet. I felt horrible, but it didn't phase him nor did he mention it. He also kept professional by wearing the plastic shoes even though I told him it wasn't necessary. Haven't been disappointed yet all the years I have been using this company. Will continue to use them!!!!
