Perfect Temp Heating & Cooling

I happened to stumble across this company's listing the other evening when we had a horrid smell coming from our heat registers being it was late evening I spoke with a dispatcher first who forwarded the call to Dave. Within 30-45 minutes I received a call back from him and he personally was at our place within 15 minutes of hanging up we were so thankful being our furnace was leaking carbon into the house he told us what to do to get the carbon leak to stop for the evening and arranged for his technicians to be out the following morning to install a brand new furnace for us (mind you the installation was on Christmas eve) Both of his technicians were absolutely amazing very professional and personable even for being away from their family's on the holiday. Dave even came by to check in. They had it done fairly quick and at a reasonable price. Fast forward to that evening the smell from the previous night had returned and being worried we called Dave back and him and Brett were here within an hour of the call even with being at a service call when we called in they immediately went to work on finding what was causing the smell and helping up remove the smell with smiling faces. These guys definitely deserve more than the 5 stars offered, by far the BEST service we have ever received from any specialty service company.

Jake came to our rescue on a late Saturday afternoon. Our furnace wouldn't ignite and with temperatures falling again, we were in a bind. I called and he was here within an hour. Definitely have their number saved to my contacts for all future needs!

I had issues with my furnace kicking on/off and not maintaining heat. Jake came out the same day, ran some tests, fixed the issue. He also found a sensor that was about to go out which would’ve caused another service call and was able to fix that for me as well. Jake went into detail to show me upcoming maintenance that will need to be done in the future, how to maintain my furnace and checked my carbon monoxide detector for me. As a female not knowing any of this, this was extremely helpful.

Perfect Temp came to our rescue! We were waiting for another company to get back to us, but with a special needs child and a house maxing out near 90, Perfect Temp responded and showed up within 2 hours. They were informative and thorough! Will def be using them to maintain in the future!

Cody did a great job servicing both of our furnaces; he was very patient with explaining what was going on and answered all our questions! Definitely recommend.

Jake Holman was the gentleman who repaired my A/C. I called him on a very hot Saturday afternoon when my A/C went out. He was at my house within 20 minutes, and repaired my A/C in less than 30 minutes. He rushed to get to my house and while he was here he was polite, courteous, professional, and did a phenomenal job. I can’t say enough positive things. I will for sure be using Perfect Temp going forward for any/all HVAC needs and HIGHLY recommend them! THANK YOU JAKE!!

On Tuesday, I realized our a/c wasn't cooling our home. We have owned our home for 9 months, so it was still under warranty. our warranty company contracted Perfect Temp to come out. I received a call on Wednesday from Perfect Temp to schedule a technician with Friday being the first available appointment. I came home early from work to meet the technician at 2 p.m. I finally received confirmation that he was in route at 315. 4:00 came and went and noone showed. I called Perfect Temp and was told they decided to not show up at any of their appointments today with Choice Warranty because they weren't paying timely. While I don't blame them for severing their relationship if this is true, they should have honored the commitments they had already made. They also could have had the courtesy to call and let us know beforehand. Now I'm stuck after hours going into a weekend with no air. The appointments they made were not just a contract, we are real people. I am a mom with two young kids. My warranty is up in a few months, but I will never call Perfect Temp or recommend them to anyone after this ordeal. Bad business and terrible customer service, which is sad because I would prefer to give my money to a small veteran owned business ( as I also work for a small, local veteran-owned business owned by my father).
