Dave was super nice and professional! He gave me the best advice on what was needed to be done to have a better performing furnace and what I can get by with what I got for now! If I have any issues in the future I will be calling back and will be asking for him! Great service! Great company!

We needed someone to tell us why our a/c was intermittently not blowing any air thru the vents even though it was on & running. Jake came on a Mon morning. We were told 80$ service call. Plus the service/repair. Jake immediately got into our furnace & said the problem was a clogged ac coil. Recommended NOT to clean it or replace it. Used a camera to show me coil. Tried to sell me a 10,000 new furnace & ac system. I said we will get more estimates.
So, he diagnosed the problem. Did no service or repair. Charged me double. 160$ cash. No receipt. He didn’t even quote me the correct product or prices (I was going to finance thru com Ed & ni cor programs). By end of day, email quote was closer to 12,000$. I got 2 more estimates. Total furnace & ac system closer to 8000$ total from both other places. But since the other 2 companies were HONEST, they said cleaning the ac coil was all we needed at this time. We will WAIT until our ac or furnace goes out beyond repair to replace our entire hvac system. So we pd 350$ to get coil cleaned & we know who we definitely will go thru in future when we replace entire hvac for 8000$ total & it definitely is not Temp Perfect. Owner stood by his employee & the 160$ he charged to quote us a new system. June 2022.

Communication was awesome from the time I requested an appointment for a quote on a new furnace and ac system all the way through the installation appointment. These guys knew their stuff, left their work area cleaner than they found it, and walked me through the entire system after they were done. Would highly recommend.

What a life saver! Jake came out same day and replaced our furnace igniter after our Home Warranty Company and Sears messed up our appointment when I took the day off just to sit and wait for them to come!! So thankful that Perfect Temps and Jake were so nice and easy to work with!! Now I don’t have to wait a whole week to get my heat back on.

Jake and his team worked so quickly and efficiently to get rid of my old ac and furnace unit, were a pleasure to have in my home and I couldn't be happier with the install and everything and the explanation he gave me about my new units as well. Can't recommend them enough.

Showed up when they said they were going to, quickly diagnosed the problem and fixed it. Everything was explained as it was being fixed and the cost was extremely reasonable. I would highly recommend the company and Jake in particular. Thanks so much for the great work

Brett & Jake were just here to repair my air conditioner. They were on time, very professional, friendly, explained what the problem was, how they would fix it & the cost! They did an excellent job! My unit works now ! I called this morning and they were out early afternoon, same day! Fair price & good quality. I am very satisfied and I do highly recommend them!

After several other technicians had attempted to diagnose our ongoing furnace issues over the past few weeks, these guys came out on a Sunday afternoon and spent several hours diagnosing the issue, replacing a part, and checking that the fix worked. Temps have been in the negatives, so we would have had a COLD night if not for their diligence and attentiveness. The techs were friendly and explained everything clearly, including other potential issues to watch for in the future. And the price was completely reasonable. Highly recommend!
