Jake did great, thorough work. And, he walked us through that work each step of the way. He educated us on our systems, the issues we were having, and how to avoid these & other problems in the future. We feel like Jake went above and beyond, and we will definitely call Perfect Temp for our HVAC service again.

Massive rip off they will charge you half the price of your AC for 1 time out and a a part.

Let me share my experience with you all....but first, I would hire this company hands down. Very prompt, professional & knowledgeable. Got right down to business. So here's how my experience went.... I called on behalf of the company I work for to request getting a quote to replace / upgrade one of our a/c systems in our building. We I spoke with Dave (the owner) he saw I was not to far away from where he was finishing up a job and offered to come over immediately. Since we were closing in a few minutes I requested the following day anytime during our hours of operation which he "absolutely no problem!" obliged. The next morning I received a text message with a confirmation of appointment from Perfect Temp. Then a little later I received another text letting me know technician was in route. I have to say that I like that kind of service. Once he arrived and we had introductions he was ready to get to work (which I liked as well). I showed him to our unit inside which he thoroughly inspected and looked over. Then I took him to our outside portion of our a/c system. He didn't not hide the fact that even upon first glance that we had some issues going on and he educated me on the matter (which again, I really really liked). As he proceed to inspect our unit and test it he showed me what we were reading and explained where we should be at, thus confirming the issues we'd already been experiencing. We had some side chatter and I learned that he served in our Military for 10 years and because of some serious injuries occured during combate he was medically discharged. I respect the man for that whole heartily. (Don't worry folks, this man is 100% able to complete any job, he's built like a brick house) I then took him to our secondary unit just so he could have a looksy and he gave me even MORE factoids and information on a/c units, maintenance, and efficiency. I was very impressed and loved that he knew what he was talking about. When we wrapped up he assured me that he would have a quote back to me by end of day or worst case scenario the following day which was a-okay by me. I have had bad luck in the past with HVAC companies and this one has not rubbed me the wrong way yet. I hope everyone has just as good as of an experience as I did.

I can be a high maintenance customer, and Perfect Temp went above and beyond to get us taken care of. Our air went out on a Saturday afternoon, and they offered to come that day. We opted to wait until Monday, and they were there first thing Monday morning. They ended up having to come back three more times, due to no fault of their own, and every time they were courteous and professional. The problem ended up being a leak from our water heater that was damaging the furnace. I even got responses to messages on Facebook on a Sunday from who I assume was the owner, who was out of town moving his son into college. It seems like customer service is a lost art form anymore, but these guys are doing it right.
