Perfect Temp is a fantastic company! I have used their services several times over the course of 4 years. They have cleaned my ducts/vents, repaired my heating, replaced my air conditioner, and performed regular maintenance checks on my heating/air conditioner.
I’ve had several different technicians and even the company owner do the work, and every single one of them was friendly and knowledgeable. It is clear they know what they’re doing. They even go above and beyond! When my AC went out in 2020, they heard my baby crying in the background and prioritized my appointment.
I HIGHLY recommend them, and I will continue to use them myself.

I received a text with the time window of my appointment shortly after scheduling. I got another text the day prior to the appointment with the time window. I got another text when they were on their way with the name and picture of the technician. (As a woman, this made me feel SO SAFE. I wish every company did this.) And they arrived within 10 minutes of that final message. I’d add another star for this alone if I could.

I reached out to Perfect Temp to get an estimate and I was extremely impressed and happy with the service and estimate.

Eric arrived quickly and diagnosed the problem. I thought my heating sensor was bad, but it turned out to be the thermostat. He replaced it and tested the system. Good to go.
