Ofcourse my furnace went out on the coldest day of the winter season so far. Jake came out to diagnose the issues quickly and explained everything to me. He gave me some possible solutions. Ultimately we replaced out whole furnace. I wasn’t able to be there for the replacement but once I came home from work I found a great looking finished product. He explained everything over the phone once they were done. Great customer service. It’s never fun when you have to spend that kind of money but the good customer service and good product at least ease it a little bit. Definitely would recommend this to business and tech to anyone.

Cody W. was amazing. Got me right in and came within 2 hours of my call. Cody fixed the problem and was very quick and pleasant to work with. Will definitely be using them again!!

Started out great. $80 service call, no big deal.
Technician busted the drain pipe causing my AC to become inoperable on a 90°+ day. Again, no biggie as he supplied a portable AC unit until said work (replace AC and Furnace) was done.
Their quote happened to be $3000 higher than another competitor so i chose the later.
Now "Perferct Temp & Heating" has charged me a total of $430 for a problem their Technician
caused.
"PERFECT" SCAM...

I felt at ease with Cody. Didn't try to sell me anything I didn't need.

Been a while and had forgot to write a review so better late than never. I had purchased a home in Oct and had the heating/AC unit not respond. They came out and quickly asked if there was standing water here previously. I said yes, the past owner had no sump pump so there was some water that had gotten into the basement. The mother board was fired but they got on their phones and made some calls and in 45 mins had another motherboard and got it up and running. Great experience and would recommend!

Our furnace stopped working last night. I had called 2 other places here in Poplar Grove and they told me they couldn't come out for 2 weeks. I called perfect temp and they sent someone the same day. Cody was awesome. Discovered our issue within just a few minutes and fixed it in a few more. Under a 30 minute visit and we have heat again. 10/10 do recommend.

Jake, Tony and Juan. Great guys, very knowledgeable and efficient. Installed new A/C. for us in no time at all. Cleaned up afterwards and took all the packaging away. Took the time to explain all that they did. Great crew, Perfect Temp is lucky to have them. Not technicians, "Comfort Advisors". They will continue to be our go to for maintenance.

I recently bought a place inside a secured building and one of the main reasons is because of how many solicitors come to my door. This company was allowed into this place and supposedly offering a discount service fee for A/C check. I had it inspected before purchasing place in the winter so decided to let them do this mainly so the refrigerant could be checked and added if needed since only licensed people can do this. Before even looking at the unit the “kids” they call service professionals started with wanting to sell me a new A/C and offered financing! They ended up having to ask me questions on how to turn the thing on too! After a few minutes they showed me pictures of an old unit with nothing wrong but…. So they refused to check even the temperature of the air coming out until after I confronted them! Again wanting only to get me to buy a new one and even getting rude to me for wanting to know what I was paying for if they refused to check the one thing I legally couldn’t!? Called their number and the man that answered claimed to be the owner and after several not so nice exchanges he agreed to refund the money I paid by check OR since it was only an hour after the issue he agreed to have these kids return the check I wrote to them. They were supposed to slide it under the door of my place. Anyone with any integrity would have also marked void or ripped it up to make sure it was returned. Not them!!. Today I found instead they cashed it! When I called they just let it go to voicemail and as of yet have not returned my call. Ripped off many trusting people in my community and I have never felt so violated! This in a locked for safety community! Be careful everyone, they also threaten to call the city and make me replace the unit!

I called Perfect Temp per the raving reviews seen on Google because my air conditioning conveniently went out on one of the hottest days in May. I was scheduled for the next day, and they were supposed to be there between 12 and 5. They didn't show up until almost 7pm. Which, hey, I understand, in this business, things do come up, but I did not even get a courtesy call telling me it would be outside the time frame. Red flag #1.

I had the inspection done, was told the blower motor and circuit board were shot due to condensation being what it was; the blower motor burned out and caused the condensation to begin with. I was told it could be replaced, no problem. HOWEVER, my unit is from 2014. It was barely mentioned that the warranty may or may not cover the parts needed, and they didn't even check. Instead, they quoted me $1,650 AND quoted me for a WHOLE NEW UNIT, which was NOT NEEDED, come to find out later from the company I moved forward with. Red flag #2.

I was told my unit was too big for my house, which, I explained, the previous owner of my home had a bigger unit put in to heat and cool the downstairs that was finished. Since I no longer heat and cool the downstairs, I removed the ducts and covered the holes, of which the technician could clearly see.

I was later told by the company I had moved forward with that even with that size of unit, my unit would still work efficiently even without heating and cooling the finished basement.

After everything was said and done, the parts that needed to be replaced were covered under my warranty, so it went from a $1,650 repair and a bogus quote for a new furnace I didn't need to $280 and being informed my blower motor had just given out.

I'm not saying Perfect Temp is a bad company by any means. But this was clearly a bad experience. If you thought your repair was WAY too much.....I promise you. It was.

Cody was very nice and professional. I will be a future customer again.
