Highly recommend. A little expensive but I needed someone to come out on a hot Saturday to fix my AC and these guys were up for it. Cody came out and diagnosed the issues and after ordering a necessary part (which came in quickly) he came back out and got us up and running. Very knowledgeable and friendly. A veteran owned company. I called them 2 1/2 years ago because my AC was cycling on and off. The issue was low coolant. Because the age of the system and the coolant it used I ended up getting a new AC installed. I signed on for their maintenance program, and they come in the spring and in the fall to do checks and maintenance on the air conditioning and heating. I had to call them once for an issue I had with my heating system. It was a simple fix, and there was no charge. The employees have always been professional, friendly, and have a lot of knowledge. I know this because I used to work in the AC shop aboard, the USS Holland, a submarine tender, back when I was in the US Navy.

We had great experience with this company. They were prompt, professional and knowledgeable! I especially liked getting text showing me who the tech was who was coming!

I called Perfect Temp to get a second opinion, and I'm so glad I did. The previous service company said there was nothing they could do except install a new AC. Perfect Temp were able to properly diagnose the problem, offered several solutions, and were able to get the unit running that day. Highly recommend using Perfect Temp!

Everyone I’ve worked with from the people who answer the phone to the guys out in the field Are awesome! I’ve worked with a couple different ladies who answer the phone, and they did fantastic with answering my questions and scheduling my appointment!
I’ve met the owner, and he was very helpful, cheery, laid-back, friendly! The technicians that worked on our equipment seemed to really enjoy their job! They were always happy and smiling! They had a good sense of humor! It was all around a very enjoyable experience to work with Perfect Temp!!!

I'm so happy I got in touch with David from Perfect Temp! I was referred by a friend from work. Based on what I was told from another contractor I thought I was going to have to replace my 16 year old furnace and I ended up with nothing more than a service call. Like most people, I know nothing about furnaces, so it would have been easy for him to tell me "Yeah, it definitely needs to be replaced!" and make some good money from me. Turns out it was just the expensive air filter I had recently put in that wasn't letting my furnace get enough air. It's hard to know who to trust when it comes to any repairs around the house but I would definitely recommend Perfect Temp! Literally floored I don't have to spend $4,000-$5,000 on a new furnace 👌

Cody is a very good representative for this business, very knowledgeable and thorough with the work he performed. He takes pride in his work and will tell you the good and the bad (On a 17 year old furnace) and let you decide what works for your budget. Very informative and up front with costs. The company was thorough with appts. And scheduling, response times were excellent and accurate!

After requesting an appointment online, they got back to me right away and scheduled an appointment right away. Dave, the owner, send me a text letting me know the name of my technician and even my technician called me to let me know he was on his way, an ETA and a text with his picture and full name.

When at my house he introduced himself and put booties to be inside, he listened to my concerns about the HVAC/AC system and he explained everything he was doing to my HVAC and why, he also answered every question I had regarding the HVAC/AC system.

He gave me a full report of what he did on the application and explained to me what he found and what I needed to do after.

This is a company that I used as a first time costumer and that I am planning on using from know on for anything regarding my HVAC/AC.

Also, they are not expensive, for everything the technician did, I think it was more than worth it what I paid to know the system and what is coming next.
