Perfect Temp Heating & Cooling

Eric and Jake were awesome! Fixed my AC issue in an hour. Also, they checked that the air flow was maximized for each vent! Really happy with the service. Reasonable prices too. Will def use them in the future.

Update 3/21/23 I mistakenly had this company out to do an annual maintenance. The reason why I say it that way is, they sent me a text nessage 2 weeks ago - Time for you annual maintenance. I thought it was the company who had been out and installed our air-conditioning unit and power vented hot water heater. I said yes and this company came out and did the maintenance. I didnt realize until after the job was done - the truck was unmarked. I was never a client of Perfect Heating. They used my phone number from when they came out and wouldn't install a new in the box air conditioner that we had. They said no, they couldn't warranty a unit not purchased from them. ( which we were not asking them to do) So we went with Woodstock Heating and Air who were happy to do it for us. When I got the text message - I thought it was Woodstock. My fault but again - I was never a client of Perfect Heating, they said no to the original job. I was upset when I didnt give the maintenance job to Woodstock - they did a great job but ultimately , Eric from perfect was a nice young man and did a good job and we move forward. * Here starts the original review where they turned down the work because they wanted to install a unit purchased from them ~ Perfect Heating was recommended to us by a neighbor who praised them. I had them come out for something they were unable to do. Their scheduling, response time and office mannerisms were all good. Ultimately unable to help us.

Thank you Jake H. for being professional and very helpful in my furnace repairs. He explained everything so that I could understand the problem. I came home at night and my heat wasn’t working. They are 24 hours and I was able to call and talk to someone and had the option to repair that night or in the morning. Jake was out here the next morning. They had financing options as this is usually an unexpected bill. Everything worked out.

It was very reassuring to have skilled technicians like Juan and Cody install our new furnace. On time, professional, and quality work. Explained everything after the installation was completed. We are very satisfied with everyone we had contact with at Perfect Temp. Highly recommend for all heating and/or cooling needs!

Work was fast the employee was very friendly and they were even willing to work with me in my price range overall it was a great service

Our A/C went out and we couldn’t figure out what was wrong. Brandon was able to come out after hours and fix our problem in no time. He was also walking me through it and explaining what he was doing and answering all of my questions. He was extremely friendly and approachable! Would definitely recommend.

Left my furnace with the high limit switch disconnected and the fan on low. After that told us we had to spend $5,000 on a new furnace. Another guy came over connected the high low switch and turned the fan on high and heat works again.

Dave was prompt, fast and thorough, & also super personable. He discovered the issue right away, then tested 3 times to make sure it would continue to work after he left. He explained what he was doing and why, and even though we opted to use our own replacement thermostat since we already had one, he walked us through it to make sure we wouldn't have any more issues. The price was also more than reasonable.

Had another great experience! Found a chisel in my blower which we both thought was absolutely insane! Needless to say he was very thorough and respectful!

Jake showed up after hours to take a look at our system. Explained that the blower motor and the circuit board needed to be replaced, and was able to have us back up and running in a matter of an hour and a half on the hottest day off the year so far. We also had perfect temp redo our ac unit and coil last year and have had nothing but good encounters with Jake. Prompt, professional, and honest. Will be recommending perfect temp heating and cooling to anyone in need.
