Started out okay, but then had a disagreement about billing and services provided. The guy I talked to was very unprofessional. He was practically whining at me and was berating me instead of understanding where I was coming from. I paid the bill anyways and will not be going back there. I went with a different company for my heating and cooling system and I am very happy with that choice.

Our furnace decided to bite it during the night and seeing how cold weather is looming, we had to call someone rather quickly. We were surprised when we were told that someone would be out within an hour, and that we would receive some texts when the worker would arrive.

We couldn't have been happier with the two gentlemen that showed up, Bret and Jake. They were friendly, professional, and were great with the fact that we had 2 medium sized dogs. They were quick to look things over and figure out what was happening. The part they had wasn't with them but they were able to get our heat going before running back to their shop to pick up was needed. Once they came back it seemed rather straightforward when it came to switching things out.

Honestly, the experience was amazing. It was our first time having issues with our furnace and things were rather painless and stress free thanks to these two. We will be turning to this company for any issues we have and will let others know to check them out.

Perfect temp answered my call promptly when my 37 year air conditioner and furnace decided to quit. The service man explained what was wrong and the options I had. Showed me pictures of installs and models. We scheduled an installation of both air and furnace. Installers were very professional, on time. When the work was completed they explained what they installed and how everything was hooked up. Perfect temp takes care of the warranty paperwork, so that is one less thing I had to worry about. I would highly recommend this company for ANY of you air or heating needs.

Had an emergency at 230 am early morning with frigid temperature outside to check/fix my furnace. And in spite of it all, Brett was so polite, cheerful, thorough and took time to investigate the issue as well as explain things to me. While waiting for the motor to run longer to assess the furnace, he adjusted a few things on my attached humidifier to get it working for me which he didn't come here to do. This is my second time with Perfect Temp. They are trustworthy, fair, knowledgeable, honest and generous with their time. I will continue to use their services.

Everyone we delt with was professional and knowledgeable. Explained the quote and installation in detail to help us make the correct decision based on our needs. Once the units were chosen, the install was scheduled right away and within a couple days the new units were installed and operational. The team at Perfect Temp exceeded expectations.

AC broke on the night of the Fourth of July. Super fast response at 10 pm. My ac was back in service before any other repair centers even returned our call. Amazing service and gained a new regular customer. It’s good to feel taken care of in today’s world and these guys did great!
