Woke up and found it very warm in our house…our air conditioner fan stopped (knew it was the capacitor). Called and got an appointment same day (during the busiest time of the season, they fit us in), same day.
Tech was amazing…even explained the repair to my 16 year old while giving him tips.
Friendly, fair and prompt. So far, the unit is performing well. Being 19 years old…not bad.
I’ll be using them for our new unit in the near future.

If you want a quality installation of your furnace by a contractor who actually calls you back and does exactly what they promise than j.c. Are the people you want to do business with they are extremely professional and clean up after themselves and also follow up on their work . I had a small problem which the furnace that installed they came out same day and fixed it right up . Also their customer service is above and beyond something that is very rare these days . So thank you j.c. I definitely recommend you use this company if you don’t want any worries

Had two separate issues with the furnace unit over the last couple months and had JC Heating and Cooling come to fix it. Owner Jerry was extremely responsive and helpful, even gave me his personal number and answered on Saturday & Sunday. The tech that came was really nice and knowledgeable. They fixed both issues quickly and for a better price than I could get elsewhere. Will definitely use them again if I have issues! 5stars

When our AC unit died, we tried to find a company that would work with us, our financial situation, and of course right away. We found JC, they were great. We learned alot.
There was still a company that was honest. Out new Central air unit was installed the next day.

Have had nothing but great service from JK since our Bosch HV AC was installed. Our house was built in 1935 and a challenge to cool. They made it work and we have been comfortable ever since. Thank you, JK! 😊🌞❄

Jerry was outstanding! He came out on a Sunday at 8:30 AM after we called at 7:30 AM that morning. Fixed our problem quickly and explained the issue effectively. JC Heating and Cooling is terrific.
